My Elderly Parents needed plumbing repair from a clogged line. They came out and got them up and going ...Couple Days later one toilet became clogged again, since they are closed on weekend I sent them an email anyway just letting them know that the latest issue had returned. They not only came the next day on a Saturday in the rain. but stayed and checked around a little extra to make sure that this time, the problem was solved and explained to me what was going on. That is what I call great service.. Thanks Osborn you did us right and the charge for the return service on Saturday was 0$ which of course made my 92 year old Dad very happy. I will not only use them in the future but I will recommend them to anyone in Bastrop County who needs quality plumbing repair from honest folk...

My shower had been clogged/slow draining forever. I finally made the decision to call and received same day service. Skip was amazing. He was very polite and personable. Not only did he fix our drain, he also gave me a great gift idea for my boyfriend who happened to be grilling when Skip arrived. Thank you Skip!!

We have used Osborn several times in the past year for our irrigation system, shower repair, and most recently our tankless water heater. In each case, they have been extremely professional, prompt, and courteous. Their work is well done, no "re-do" like we've had with other companies. I highly recommend them.

We had a repairman come to our property yesterday to check a leak under the house and to repair 2 toilets that would not stop running. So he looked under our house (did not crawl under house), said he didn't have any plastic to lay on to go under and repair leak and he would have to come back out. You would think that they would be a little more prepared but whatever. Did replace 2 stoppers in the 2 toilets. The charge for this service was $250.00. We thought that included coming back to fix the leak under the house but no that would be a completely new charge. He was at our place for maybe 40-45 minutes. So I recommend you check your pockets when they leave. What a rip off.

Worked in our hot water heater for 15 minutes and charged 310.00. This place is a rip off. Lied and said they replaced the burner assembly but it was the pilot assembly.

I called Osborn plumbing to rework all the plumbing in a house that we are do a complete remodel job. Every person that has worked at the house is very professional and does very good work. The price quoted was reasonable, the company adheres to code, even if it is not a requirement. They do not "cut corners" which is very important. They will work hard and fast and they are very busy as a company but they show up timely to work. Additionally, Roger who met with me to do the quote referred me to K&M Contracting to be the General contractor on the job and that company is just is outstanding as Osborn Plumbing. I am so very thankful to have met both of these companies as we are thrilled with the quality of work, the price, the quick timeline and they are a pleasure to work with on the remodel!!

This company is the best, at first we were going to have to wait over a day before they could get to us. They later called and told us a job had finished early and could work us in, yea! The guy that came, James Clanton was super polite and nice, he got us up and running in no time. We highly recommend them.
