Otto did a great job on the multiple plumbing projects I needed done. He fixed a leaky shower, replaced an entire bathroom faucet, installed a new shower head, and diagnosed a few other problems we were having in just two hours. I picked up the new faucet myself at a plumbing supply store, which was very easy since he called ahead and had his contact there help me buy what I needed when I arrived. Otto's prices were very fair and he did all of these jobs for hundreds of dollars cheaper than the first plumber I had over. Highly recommended!

In 2014 I decided to take on my own remodeling project without a contractor. It included a tankless heater, recirculating pump, full repipe and new drain, gas lines, shut off valve, two new bathrooms, a new kitchen, laundry, etc... I was scheduling about 16 subcontractors, inspectors, and a huge list of vendors and was struggling to coordinate my job. I am so glad I had Otto as the plumber. He is reliable, super patient, easy to work with and I believe he saved me a ton of money. All the work has been perfect and every inspection was passed without question. Even after the job was finished when there were a few things I needed to revisit, (mostly due to my own lack of experience), Otto was totally responsive. I highly recommend him for any job related to plumbing.

Otto Santos is top notch! He's reliable, does great work and is affordable. He was the recommended plumber of the seller of our house and we've used him ever since. In addition to regular plumbing, Otto put in the earthquake gas shut off valve for the sale of our house and rotored the sewer line (tree roots grow in constantly as ours is clay). We use him once a year to rotor out roots and to flush our tankless water heater and call him for any plumbing or gas issues that come up. We are very happy to have found such a solid plumber immediately after buying our house.

Otto actually worked for Economic Plumbing for 10 years and just recently started his business.

I had a kitchen sink leak on Saturday morning and was referred from Economic Plumbing. Otto came with in 20 minutes of my phone call, he quickly assessed that the faucet was broken. He then suggested that we should go get the faucet together at a local hardware store. We spend 30 minutes driving there, buying the part and came back. He worked another 20 minutes or so and the job was finished! He was very responsive, professional, and very reasonable. I have never had such a great experience with a plumber. If I have a problem again, I will definitely call him back!!
