I wrote a very positive review earlier after having what I thought was a professional good experience. I just called Oscar as one side of the shelf he installed was lowering and I was also going to talk to him about another project. He asked me if the shelf or one of my boobs were sagging more. As this seemed out of character to what he showed before I told him not to speak to me that way. That it was unprofessional. He repeating his question/comments about ""my boob/s sagging "" even after giving him chances and stating I would have to change my review, so I hung up and will never use him again. Scary.

I wanted to begin this review by thanking Oscar and his team. They are professional and trustworthy. I am beyond impressed with their work.

In Dec 2023, I reached out to Oscar through Yelp to address structural issues with my property. I explained to him about my situation through Yelp messages, he knew this was something that needed attention immediately. He came to the site on the same day and thoroughly assessed the structural issues and proposed a detailed plan to address them. He gave me the quote on the day off and wrote the work description in detail. At the time, I was still hesitant to move forward with Oscar because I was still waiting for other construction companies to give me a quote. He wasn't pushy and he didn't try to make me decide right away. What sets Oscar and his team apart was they came to my property after their work hours and remedied the structural issues because he knew it needed right away before it got worse. That was the reason I decided to move forward with Oscar because he really showed that he cares about my property.

Throughout the whole construction process, Oscar maintained open communication, keeping me informed about the progress and any unexpected developments that needed my attention. Because of his professionalism and communication, he helped me feel confident in the work being done. Oscar and his team were respectful of my property, cleaned up after the work, and even helped me with extra assignments. The cost for the whole project was very reasonable.

I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and skilled professionals. Thank you Oscar and team for the incredible work and outstanding service!

Oscar and his team did an amazing job at my property! I had some load bearing issues with a beam in my garage and they were here on time, fixed it the same day, and even went above and beyond with adding even more support to my garage without an additional fee! I had a she-shed that needed installation, drywall, and paint. I went on yelp and found OS Construction with so many positives. I highly recommend you contacting Oscar for your construction needs. Oscar and his team did such a great job! He kept in contact and everyday did a walk thru. They were punctual and their clean up was great! We plan on contacting them to return for our bathroom remodel.

I recommend Oscar and his team for any project you have. He is extremely thorough, detail oriented, efficient and extremely good at his craft.
Oscar was on time daily, provided quick and detailed estimate, and went above and beyond what I anticipated. He communicated clearly any problems that came up and provided solutions.
The project is almost done here and I am very pleased with the work Oscar provided.

Drywall had to be replaced under a sink due to a plumbing issue. I contacted OS Construction using Yelp and Oscar was very responsive and gave a fair price. He took the time to do the job right and you can't even tell there was ever a large hole in the wall. I recommend his services.
