I hired Ortega Plumbing to replace an old toilet. Jorge and his buddy did the work really well even though there were some issues due to some misfits, but they were able to make it work. Nothing better than experienced people knowing how to fix things even if unexpected issues arise.
Price is also reasonable for the work done.

We were told by appliance installers that we needed to perform potentially expensive work to bring a refrigerator water line up to code. Other plumbers tried to upsell us. Ortega came on site and determined we were already up to code. And cheerfully fulfilled a last-minute request to deal with a dishwasher problem. Good communication, good work, and high integrity. These will be our only plumbers now.

The 1st time I called Jorge, Dec 2023, was to move some gas and water pipes from an where old indoor tankless water heater used to be, to under my house and out of the way. He did a wonderful job at a great price! The 2nd time I called, he cleaned out my kitchen p-trap, also a great job at a great price. This morning at 7 am, I texted him because it was leaking under my bathroom sink. I sent him pics, he bought the needed materials and was at my house by 8:30am and replaced all the old leaky pipes, etc. I can not express how grateful and happy I am with the work Jorge has done for me. He is honest, efficient, clean, respectful, and affordable. He's my go-to for sure. You can't go wrong when you call Jorge at Ortega.Plumbing!!

Ortega Plumbing is definitely my new go-to for any plumbing needs. I called for a leaky faucet in the bathroom and decided to look on yelp. I'm trying to stay away from big businesses that charge you ridiculous prices and do half-assed work. I messaged Jorge on Yelp and he got back to me immediately with possible causes of the leak and price. He was able to come later in the week and he arrived on time. He took a look at the faucet and kept me updated on possible issues. He took it apart and lucky enough he had the part with him. He made the quick change, tested it, and that was it. I ended up reaching out to Jorge at Ortega Plumbing who was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. First impression is everything for me especially when communicating.
Plumbing is a foreign language to me, but not with jorge breaking down to terminology Im familar with.
Upon calling I narrated my autobiography of why my shower wasn't working ( i could be extra at times).
Jorge was attentive to my concerns while he was on a job. ( others would not give the time and I would have to wait til the end of day or next business day)
He responded to all text correspondence and walked me through some possible outcomes .
Provided urgency to the problem when it came to speaking with Landlord to get authorization for services.
Provided detailed quote in a timely manner.
Arrived on schedule.
For me all this was important because I was already having a hectic day and for having someone just very communicative and dependable while navigating through this helped a lot for me in my own personal experience.
