I had a leaky shower that's been causing some issues for some time, which I even tried to fix myself but was unsuccessful. I ended up reaching out to Jorge at Ortega Plumbing who was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. After looking at the issue, he was able to identify the problem and was able to order parts and come back and fix the issue the next day. Super easy to work with! Highly recommend if you ever need some plumbing issues fixed.

First impression is everything for me especially when communicating.
Plumbing is a foreign language to me, but not with jorge breaking down to terminology Im familar with.
Upon calling I narrated my autobiography of why my shower wasn't working ( i could be extra at times).
Jorge was attentive to my concerns while he was on a job. ( others would not give the time and I would have to wait til the end of day or next business day)
He responded to all text correspondence and walked me through some possible outcomes .
Provided urgency to the problem when it came to speaking with Landlord to get authorization for services.
Provided detailed quote in a timely manner.
Arrived on schedule.
For me all this was important because I was already having a hectic day and for having someone just very communicative and dependable while navigating through this helped a lot for me in my own personal experience.

Hopefully I will not have to revise this review. Ortega Plumbing was the most responsive and helpful plumber who got back to me on my project request and he's coming early tomorrow morning to do the repairs. I am very grateful.

UPDATE!!! I couldn't recommend Ortega Plumbing more highly. I'm a tough customer and expect excellence no matter what it is - whether it's a service or a product I need. They showed up on time. They communicated from start to finish. They basically undercharged me because they had to do more work than anticipated, which was totally legit. My kitchen sink was clogged due to a pipe that was on its last leg, which they replaced. I asked them take a look at my toilet which my nightmare landlord's handyman has not been able to fix after three visits --- AND Ortega Plumbing didn't charge me for the flapper that was necessary, which they installed. My toilet works correctly now for the first time in six months. And my kitchen sink is like new too! I love love love Ortega Plumbing!!!!
