I noticed a leak in my bathroom and called Orta Plumbing. They were immediately available. He quickly assessed the problem, which was that the entire shower needed replacement - unfortunately not something he could do. He did give me names of companies that could replace the shower. He did notice that the shower was dripping and fixed that and I asked him to repair a constantly running toilet, which he also did. He was very pleasant and helpful and it cost much less than expected. This is not the first time we have used this company. The last time we had a leak we used somebody else, with whose work I was extremely displeased, and I don't know why we didn't use Orta. I won't be making that mistake again. This is our go to plumber from now on.

This is the second time I've called these people and both times I've been really happy with them. Especially this time. Job turned out to be a lot more difficult than everyone thought it would be and they stuck with it and did it right. For less than half of what I thought it would cost. I'm really impressed with the plumbers themselves and their boss Mr Orta. I used other plumbers in the past and felt like I was screwed but not with these guys. Have another small leak under the house and he'll be out tomorrow to give me a price on it. Sure it will be fair.

Found a leak in the yard first thing in the morning while mowing. Called the BTU first and they cleared their side and found the line was leaking on the side that was my responsibility. Happened to be off work that day so hoped to get someone out same day. Called several plumbers and one of them that couldn't come out same-day recommended Orta. Orta came out within 2 hrs, fixed the leak, and charged me a very low fee. From the point of finding the leak until they were driving off, it was just 5 hrs. Couldn't have been happier. They will be my new go-to company!

I needed a plumber to fix outdoor faucet. I knew it would be expensive, but was tired of relying on "handy-man", so asked a friend for recommendation. After that I looked for reviews and found two here, one good and one bad. So figured with my friends recommendation it would be good. From the first phone call to arrange appointment and the end of the service call I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS. they could come when I asked, next Monday afternoon, that is fine, sometime between one and five and will call before they come. Raymond called around 12:50, verified address and said he was on his way. Raymond was professional, clean cut, personable and had the job completed in approximately 15-20 minutes. He is a licensed and professional plumber, it was pricey, but am NOT complaining about that. I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THIS SERICE, and a, thrilled to have a reliable and professional plumber in my Rolodex. Thank you ORTA PLUMBING!!!!!!!!

I've been using ORTA plumbing for projects large and small for years now and they have always been wonderful to deal with and very fair in their pricing. I highly recommend them. They answer the phone (rare) and get me on their schedule quickly (also rare). The quality of work is top notch. I completely trust them to do it right the first time.

For sure I don't want to call them any more. They are inpatient and offensive on the guy's face . Finally they made things done but it didnt work when they were gone. I stupidly paid 200 dollars for ten minuets so called service.
