I had an emergency sewer drain plugged in my basement filling my house with horrible excrement. I had called several local businesses and no one could get to my house as speedily as Mike and his crew did, not only did they get the sewer drain opened it was a large route, they also spent the time to clean the basement and make it safe for my children

After Mike replaced my water heater, he put the old one out on the lawn and said it would be picked up ""today or tomorrow."" After six days, I called to remind him. He made excuses and promised to pick it up that day. After another day, I called again, and got the same response. The third time I called, he just sent me straight to voice mail and never returned my call. After 11 days I had to pay a guy with a pick-up $30.00 to haul it off...something that was part of the job I'd already paid Mike for. This was an unsatisfactory and inexcusable way for someone to conduct business, and I cannot recommend him.
