John and Jeff installed a new furnace and heat pump in our home we recently purchased. They were the ONLY heating/cooling contractors that would listen to our concerns about air flow. Our basement also has a crawl space and the air wasn't flowing well to the back bedrooms.

They put in new ductwork for us and got everything ship shape! We are VERY pleased!!!

Professional, courteous, extremely nice guys!

Whatever you do, don't ever go to Orres & Gailey for home repairs. Our water heater went out today so we had to invoke the home warranty that we bought to fix it.

They sent us towards Orres & Gailey. I called them at 7:30 this morning to get the repair, first they said they would be here in the morning. So what did I do? I stayed home from work because we had no hot water and I figured I could wait. I could go to work afterwards.

10am rolls around no signs of them. I call, they tell me they would be here after lunch. Fucking great. Okay, looks like I might not get into work today.

2pm? Still no sign. I call them and I get a ""hopefully by 5."" Are you fucking kidding me?

So they finally show up around 4:00 or so, do the job, and then expect me to pay them right then and there. I don't have a checkbook and I don't carry cash so I ain't got shit to give them. The guy expects me to go to the bank to get the money for him now.

Like, dude, you are crazy. I used an entire day of PTO to wait for your asses to finally get here. If you would have made it in the morning like you said, I would have considered it. To think I'm gonna bend over backwards for you? You gotta be crazy.

Never use Orres & Gailey, Never.
