do not use this company.
we were offered a 'deal' for york 5,000
to replace our 3ton package unit.
unit was not installed properly we had at least 30%loss of air. which lead to unit going out after 3yrs.i contacted them several times. they came out admitted fault & agreed to fix it. well I had to call several times & explain how we should be in court at this point.
the following day technician arrives & yells and begins to threatening me. needless to say we called a reputable company to get it repaired cost $500 & docs had to be redone.
worst experience ever.

I have to give an update to a previous recommendation/review of Orozco Brothers Llc. They came by for the yearly service on the A/C. The customer service was as exceptional as every time they have come to the home. It says a lot about a company that treats you like you're their number one customer every single time. Without a doubt, Orozco brothers is like no other. THE BEST!!!

These guys came out to repair my ac. They changed the filter and said they added Freon. It never started working. Had a reputable company that had actually installed it and they found the contacts had welded shut, coils were frozen and after thaw needed cleaning and a tiny pin hole the sealed up. Needless to say unless you want to pay a lot of money to get nothing done don't use these guys!

On a day where nobody would return my calls (and I called about ten A/C places before we found Orozco Brothers, who were recommended on Facebook), I spoke with Mr. Orozco who told me that all his technicians unfortunately were on calls.

Not surprising, on one of the hottest days of the year where other companies answering services told me that they were booked and had no ETA's for response, and I didn't get one call back from any of the companies. The company we've had a yearly contract with for the last 16 years, Sayco, haven't even returned our calls as of yet hours later. I've even called several times requesting just an ETA so I could make other plans if they couldn't get to me.

Mr. Orozco, however, stayed on the phone for about a half and hour with me troubleshooting, step by step, with extreme patience. There was nothing in it for him. Instead of trying to schedule an appointment where his company made money, he took his time to do this with absolutely no benefit to himself. Unfortunately, we were able to confirm it was most likely a lack of freon, a situation brought on by my contract by Sayco not being able to fulfil it promptly with an extended wait for my maintenance appointment (ironically, this coming Friday). Even though he was booked solid with his technicians utilizing resources so he couldn't respond himself, he promised to come himself tomorrow if we hadn't fixed our problem by then.

I can't say enough about Orozco Brothers Heating and Cooling. I sincerely hope you give someone that goes out of his way like this, out of the goodness of his heart, a chance to earn your business.

And I'm not related in any way to the company, and had never even heard of them until tonight. I just felt it fair to share my amazing experience with them. Companies like this should be rewarded.

What to say about Orozco Brothers... They came to diagnose the problems with my AC unit right away. After doing so a invoice was drafted for my insurance. The next step was waiting on my insurance to except. The owner of Orozco Brothers was very prompt in returning my messages while we waited. Once my insurance agreed to the cost Dan Orozco ordered my unit. A week later the insurance check came in and the unit was installed the next day. The two gentleman who installed the unit were extremely professional and cleaned up after themselves. A day shy of a week later unfortunately the AC froze up. They came out that day and added some gas to it. This turned out not to be the issue. My house was in the high 80's, my friend who works for grocery cooling was concerned for me and my daughter and stopped by to see if he could find the problem. He spent over an hour at my house with his leak detector, and checking everything he could with opening anything up. He detected a leak on the brand new furnace, but couldn't tell exactly where it was coming from because he didn't open anything. He spoke with Dan on the phone who originally thought it was Just a collapsed airduck. But was never confirmed. He Informed Dan he found a leak and around about where it was. I sent pictures and video to Dan. He sent out the techs the next day. Friday they came and spent maybe a total of five mins at my house and only checked the area where my friend told them the leak was. No investigation of their own. They left around 11:50am. I messaged Dan to see about getting a portable AC unit which I was never offered from the beginning. My house reached temperatures of 87 degrees (in the evenings and mornings I don't know mid day temps) with my 12 year old daughter, 3 dogs, 2 cats and myself in the house. He told me they would bring one out to me the next day. He had no concern for our well being. He also said the part had been ordered and would be in and the unit fixed by Monday. When I spoke to him again about why a portable unit was never offered to me from the beginning and how I felt taken advantage of. He became defensive and told me to not play the victim, and he was told I was not going to be in my house for the weekend due to the heat. Fast forward to Thursday... Yes that's right Thursday not the Monday I was told. My Daughter has been staying at her dad's because the house is too hot for her to be in. I've had little communication with anyone on the unit in the past week. They were supposed to be out at 7am didn't show up till 740am because Dan didn't tell them about the job. I had told Dan I had an appointment at 9am. This appointment I ended up having to cancel. And it was finally fixed over a week later. While fixing they found I had a collapsed airduck, which was never detected on the initial diagnosis. Then was told they should of charged me extra to fix both the coil and the duct. I would never tell anyone to go with this company. I feel at this point Dan Orozco is just looking to make money and as soon as he has it the customer is no longer a priority.
The techs were wonderful, management however needs an adjustment.

Danny and Micah are simply wonderful: courteous, honest, and quick! When your AC breaks or loses any modicum of functionality in southern Arizona, your quality of life plummets. We called Danny and Micah for a check of our unit as it was no longer cooling the house. We were given fast, fair, and frank service (we have a slow leak and needed coolant). I was never 'upsold,' I was given the facts and varying options for repairs. The prices are the lowest that I have found. My experience was so great, it was worth sharing in an attempt to have others experience the same level of quality. I felt that Danny was (is) an honest and genuine person. I am relieved to have a lifeline to call for all things AC. I HIGHLY recommend Orozco Brothers!!!!

Do not use Orozco Brothers Heating and Cooling. Dan Orozco, the owner and manager, will sell you on what a great job he will do and his vast experience. Once he has the job locked up he will cut every corner and short change the customer. On my house he put up half as much duct work as promised and it has never worked correctly. When I tried to get him to make it right he made every excuse in the book to blame it on the house. First the house didn't have enough insulation. Then the windows needed to be tinted. He even tried to sell me on repainting the house with a new ceramic paint that would cool the house. I had two other AC companyies come out and they both said the same thing. Not enough duct work to the southwest side of the house. This guy is a joke. Do not give him your hard earned money.
