Thomas from Oroson Plumbing was absolutely exceptional. We called him to repair a shower drain which was slipping due to a cheap installation and poor fitting by someone else. He returned our call within 30 minutes, and was out same day. While he was checking out our original issue he noticed and diagnosed a much bigger issue that we had no idea was leaking under the house from the kitchen! He showed us a video and insisted we take care of that too. He was completely thorough and did not leave until everything was repaired. I am confident that everything is as it should be now that he has made the repairs. He is the best professional in plumbing we have ever worked with and I absolutely recommend him for any service you may need. Thank you so much for your knowledge, expertise and honesty!

On March 9, 2020, Oroson Plumbing installed a toilet at my house. Amazon chose them - I'd never heard of them before. Professional, prompt, etc. all good until the toilet started leaking the next week. By then, everything was shut down. Amazon issued a prompt & generous refund. Amazon said that Oroson Plumbing couldn't come out. I established a connection with Flushmate who does the warranty work for the toilet as it has a pressure assisted Flushmate unit in the tank. The Flushmate rep sent me extra gaskets to install but were sent to the wrong address & took 3 weeks to get to me. And the toilet continued to leak once a week unless I vacuumed out the tank with a shop vac. Once those extra gaskets were installed, the leaking stopped from those bolts, but leaked from where the water line goes into the tank. I sent pictures to the Flushmate rep who told me how to tighten that nut. That was 2 weeks ago & the leaks have stopped. Bottom line: none of the nuts were tightened enough to prevent leaks! So it has taken 3 months to solve a problem that should have never happened. Do not hire Oroson Plumbing!

Tommy came out to our office on short notice to do some work on our winery plumbing. He was able to spot the problem quickly, take care of the issue efficiently, and was very informative, communicating throughout the entire process. A filter needed to be replaced and an extra was already in the area, but I didn't know it. He let me know it was there and didn't just buy another one and charge me for what we already had.
