Thank you so much for helping me with my plumbing issue! They do not just put a bandaid fix on the problem! They focus on the root cause!! I finally found out there was a hairball clogged in my sink and that is why for the longest time my sink wasn't working properly. For now on, I'm returning to them for future plumbing issues. I called these guys to unclog a shower drain. They sent a couple of pipe pirates who couldn't manage to get a snake around a p-trap.

When they failed to pull the clog, they proposed turning it into a $3000 job that would have entailed cutting into walls and replacing sections of plumbing.

I called another plumber, who managed to snake the drain.

The $220 lost on a failed snake isn't the end of the world, but I would have hated to proceed with their estimate and spend $3000 on un-needed work.

Just a reminder to get multiple estimates before committing to anything significant.

Great experience from start to finish. I contacted them through Yelp after hours because I had no hot water. They set up an appointment for the next morning. That morning, I got an email with a picture and write-up for the technician they were sending, which I appreciated. Chris called when he was 15 minutes away, and showed up promptly. He was extremely polite and capable, explained all my options clearly, and restored my hot water in a little more than an hour. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Oro Plumbing and Chris, specifically.

I NEVER write reviews but whatever you do don't use this plumber. They brought the wrong part to a job, wasted 30 minutes of time trying to figure that out IN MY HOME and then told me it wasn't their fault. They also tried to charge me more than the original quote, had to realize that they needed to schedule a water shut off and showed up trying to start a job 30 minutes before the scheduled time when I had meetings on the calendar. If you need 30 minutes before the scheduled time, why didn't you tell me that so I could make that happen for you?

When I addressed one of these concerns with Jonathan (the owner), he explained to me that it was the manufacturer's fault and not their fault that they brought the wrong part THE FIRST TIME they showed up to do the job. In my line of work, when you're in the services business and you make a mistake and waste a customer's time (even if it's not completely your fault) you take ownership of it and make it right. So, when I asked for a discount for the inconvenience, Jonathan (the owner) called me an entitled Karen...seriously. Hilarious guy. Anyway, beware that this is the kind of guy you're dealing with. He takes 0 ownership for when his guys in the field make mistakes or when his manufacturer makes a mistake. Jonathan, just take ownership. That's all you gotta do buddy. Take ownership and maybe one day you could have more to your name than a commoditized plumbing business. I believe in you. I really do.

Emergency water heater problem in a 6-unit apartment building in the evening. Jonatan B. was quick to respond to my call and dispatched Chris B. who was on site in no time! It was a precarious moment as parts stores are closed and tenants are upset that there is no hot water. Chris B. saves the day and repairs the water heater within 30 minutes! Very professional. Very efficient. Oro Pro Plumbing were back out the very next day to replace the water heater. The important thing was that my tenants were all very happy with the service & how quickly their hot water was restored.
