On a non-emergency call, Oro Pro responded right away. The techs were knowledgeable and competent, and had experience with our situation (inoperable sewer pump). The pump was over 15 years old, so I wasn't surprised when told it failed. They provided me with two options, replace pump or pump and tank. Replacing the tank wasn't necessary, but one or more bolts had stripped, which would have meant difficulties repairing down the road, and as it turns out, we are able to get the job completed sooner.

Christian with Oro Pro Plumbing provided excellent service and highly professional work, when he cleared a floor gutter drain line with a hydro-jetter. Christian patiently answered all of my questions. After he finished clearing the drain line, he checked the drain line multiple times to ensure that the blockage was removed. His work was performed efficiently, pricing was competitive and high level of care was provided. I contacted the office in the morning and work was performed the same day in the early afternoon. Christian provided on-time arrival and was very polite and professional. I would highly recommend Oro Pro Plumbing and will use them again in the future.

We had Chris this time, but it was the second time we've worked with Oro. The experience was great both times where it felt organized from the start from a yelp message to a phone call to scheduling to a text with the technician's face to let us know who was coming out here. COVID19 protocols all followed from footsies to masks that were properly worn. And of course, we got our plumbing needs met both times. Oro will likely be our regular call for plumbing needs moving forward (we just moved to the area about a year ago).

A++ service from Chris with Oro Pro Plumbing today! He was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful when walking through our issue with the tankless water heater. Admittedly my husband and I are not handy with plumbing/electrical issues. After our tankless water heater stopped working during a crazy rain storm, we tried everything in the manual and all the tricks we could find online to no avail. Oro Pro was able to come out next day (lucky for us, because all the plumbers in our neighborhood were booked for days). Booking communication was very easy with Jonatan. Very transparent with the booking fee, which in our case included the work. Would highly recommend!
