On one of the rare occasions I didn't have a mesh strainer in place to protect against such occurrence, a freak coincidence caused an heirloom ring to fly directly, precisely into the bathroom drain. My usual plumber was booked and recommended Oro Pro. I'm so glad he did. They arrived within the hour as promised. By hour two, I had my ring back at a very reasonable cost. Christian and his helper were polite, and wore shoe protectors to keep from bringing dirt into my apartment. I'm very pleased!

Jon is professional and does great work in a timely manner. He is honest and has a 6 month guarantee on his work. He came out and fixed something that another plumber installed incorrectly.

Very friendly and very professional. I called at 9:30 pm on a Friday night and he walked me through turning off my leaking water heater until he could come by in the morning to fix it. I was very appreciative of that help, especially late on a Friday. On Saturday, he installed a new water heater quickly and efficiently. Will definitely call him for future plumbing mishaps. Great and upbeat attitude.

These two great guys made me feel from the get go that I had picked the right plumber.
Maybe not using again, the charge for servicing the expensive commercial grade water heater they installed last year was not made clear in advance and is about $90 more than another highly rated plumber quoted.

Water heater went out Saturday, called Oro Pro on Sunday and they came out first thing Monday morning at 730am. Jonatan gave an estimate. He was straight to the point, checked out our water heater, gave us two options. He said they would be returning 1130-1pm same day, based on their schedule. They called me around 915am and said they'll be back at my house at 930am and should be done within an hour. They picked up a brand new water heater, installed, cleaned up and out by noon. Oro Pro was all business, professional and super quick!!

Excellent Customer Service... from answering my call on the first attempt (I never heard back from 2 other plumbers I called), very friendly, explained the issue I was having in layman terms, was out the next afternoon at the time he said he would be, quoted me a fair price with 90 day guarantee and quickly fixed the issue. Oh, did I mention how friendly (and non-intimidating) both he and his apprentice were?!?! I felt very comfortable & relieved which a situation I know very little about.

Things I liked about this plumbing company.
1. My call was returned the same day that I left a message
2. I got an appointment immediately and the plumber showed up at the time that he said he would be there.
3. He was careful to put foot protection over his work boots so as not to dirty my house.
4. My toilets replaced as well as the faucet both are working fine now.
5. He was professional.

Time will tell if the work stands the test of time. However I would use this company again as well as recommend it to my friends.
