Orlando is professional, very honest, very knowledgeable and cares about his clients and the work he does. I have used Orlando three different times and every time he is able to fix things perfectly (sinks, dishwasher, toilets) and is very reasonable with his pricing. He also fixed my friend's hot water heater for a reasonable price when another company said he needed a new one! I wouldn't trust anyone else but Orlando for all plumbing needs!
He also is very good about wearing a mask the whole time and shoe booties. such a kind, caring, professional and an expert in all things plumbing!

Orlando is honest, informative, and willing to go the extra mile to make his clients feel taken care of. We had a backup issue and Red Lillly (who we found on Yelp) came out, overestimated the scope and gave us wrong diagnosis.
Orlando came, didn't even charge for the camera scope, found the issue was significantly smaller and fixed it the next day!
He's awesome and will be using him and referring him from here on out!

Orlando has just completed two jobs for us. Quite substantial jobs. Fitting a pump and running lines from our garage to accommodate the waste from a washer/dryer system and digging a trench along the entire length of the north side of the house and fitting in a pump and drainage pipes to recycle rain water and stop it from effecting the foundations. I cannot praise him more highly. He and his team were excellent. Fair priced and efficient, resourceful, hard working, polite and very clear on what they were doing and the reasons why. We felt in very good, experienced hands and would be very quick to recommend to anyone no matter what kind of job is needed. 10 out of 10.

Update : Once again, Orlando did a fantastic job on our plumbing system! Thank you! Highly Recommended. Orlando has come out to our house twice now and he's always been punctual, courteous and prepared! We've had our share of plumbers in the who have come unprepared, claim it's one issue, then not have the tools to fix it. This is not the case with Orlando. He does the job he's hired to do then moves on to the next. Now thats a professional.

Orlando was recommended by our home inspector. Before we hired him, I also yelp other plumbers and got estimate from 3 different plumbers. We chose Orlando because his estimate was most reasonable. We are super happy with his work! He carefully did the measurements of the space under the sink before he installed the water filter. He showed us how to change the filter in the future. He also installed a new toilet and earthquake gas shut off valve. He was efficient, neat, hard working, courteous and honest! Having someone fixing the house could be stressful but Orlando took the stress off our shoulder because we know we are in good hands! We definitely will go to him and refer him to others for future plumbing/drain issues. Thank you Orlando!
