AC was icing over and I reached out to Luis based on the numerous positive reviews. He was so easy to talk to and he came to our home that same afternoon! Clear and thorough explanation of the recommended repair with a choice of solutions. Luis also pointed out and corrected several points of prior shoddy repair work. No pressure or upsell attempts at all and he returned the following day to complete the job. Invoice was detailed and the repair was quite reasonable for a motor replacement. I have to mention he was very clean and he disinfected the entire unit/assembly. Admittedly, I was overly chatty with him about Orlando in general as we recently moved in. He was very gracious and nonetheless a great ambassador of this beautiful city! We are enjoying comfy AC and are very grateful to Luis. We can't give a higher recommendation!

Luis came out right away when Home Depot's sub-contracted dishwasher delivery and installers wouldn't hook up our new dishwasher because of a bad valve. Not only did he install the dishwasher and replace the valve, he fixed the leaking sink, noticed the faucet was leaking, and I asked if he could replace the garbage disposal. He did all of it without hesitation. We also asked him to look at the leaky toilet in our half bath. He did a temporary fix amd arranged with my husband to come back and replace all the inner workings. Luis was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job!

He was friendly, responsive and treated me with utmost respect - his pricing is VERY reasonable compared to other plumbers. This business deserves 5 stars.

I hired Luis to move my washer and dryer hookup to another room. The job involved breaking out an external wall cinder block, moving piping and electricity, re-drywalling where the old hookup was, and moving the washer and dryer. The work was perfect and he was extremely professional! He even noticed that the dryer vent might blow debris into my air-conditioner and built out a bent angled exhaust to avoid future problems. In fact he was so good, that when I purchased a whole house water filtration system a few months later, Luis was my first call for installation. This time he needed to run new piping outside my house as well as setup valve systems to I could redirect or shutoff flow to change filters, etc. Again - 5 star work. Love this guy!

Luis was amazing. I usually do everything myself to save money and be sure the job is done right but installing a new ac unit is something I did not want to take on. Highly recommend for AC & plumbing needs. I have had my AC service done 3 years ago and recently my water & heater water shut off valve replaced, AC motor replaced.
