We are in the unfortunate company as the other reviewer.

We hired Orion in March to update our AC and gave him a 12,500. cash deposit to order materials. It was concerning how difficult it was to get him to start the work with lots of excuses. He came in over a 3 week period and removed pieces of our old system - rendering it unworkable - and has now disappeared. He will not return our calls, text, or emails. Leaving us in a terrible situation heading into summer.

We hope that legal action against him will stop him from hurting others. He is a liar and a conman.

Orion took large up front payments for two jobs for me. He lied about having a City of Ithaca plumbing license, lied about obtaining work permits for both jobs, and lied about obtaining a rough inspection for one job in order to extract a second payment from me. He also told me he had Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation (it turns out he had neither). When this all became apparent to me, he ran off with all the money I had paid him up front, and hasn't responded to any of my calls, emails or texts. Stay away.
