Can't say enough good about Eli and his work. He was very professional and resourceful. I had another plumbing company come out that immediately told me I needed a new tankless water heater. Upon calling Eli, he was able to find the part and fix the tank saving me thousands of dollars.

He fixed it today, so let's hope it continues to work. Based on his reliability, and communication, I would recommend Eli to anyone. Thanks for help!

I came to Original Westwood through my home insurance carrier. Dealing with them was typical of dealing with insurance companies, unfortunately. But Eli from Original Westwood was great. He was responsive, reliable, and patient. He installed our new water pump with a timer. Appreciative of the good work and experience here.

First, they didn't respond to my phone calls for 72 hours, then they were 90 minutes late to the 9-12pm window that they had given to me and when I called around noon to ask when they would be arriving they were super rude when I mentioned they were supposed to have come in that three hour window. Then they broke a part of my bathtub and said they would be back to fix and I have not heard from them since November 12th. They were sent out through First American Home Warranty, whom a few other people have mentioned and they as a company are taking zero responsibility for what has happened either.

This company is operating some sort of scam with First American Home Warranty. The claimed they came out but nothing appeared on my cameras. They texted me saying ""the office"" will call me. Two weeks later no call, no fix, nothing. When I text the plumber asking him what was the issue, he just says the office will call.

They receive money from the home warranty company but they have no intention on doing any of the work. Read the reviews there are many that have identical claims

Had a blockage in my bathtub in our only bathroom, so it was urgent that it be fixed asap. Even though plumber was delayed and it was late on a Friday afternoon, he came out and fixed it for us. Really appreciate it.

Great experience with Eli and his business. I had a busted water heater for two weeks, meaning exclusively cold showers. Another company had come in and said the entire unit needed replacing. Eli comes in for a second opinion and is able to resolve the issue without replacing the unit and no hassle. He kept me updated on what he'd be doing and what to look out for in the future. Overall, he's a personable guy who I would trust to come back and fix any future issues that may arise.

I am extremely disappointed with OWP. They recently came to my house as a home warranty contractor to fix a toilet with slow drainage. The technician was very friendly, part of the reason why I am perplexed about the outcome of this issue. He tried multiple methods to deal with what was an apparent stoppage. After about 20 minutes he concluded that the issue was a defective toilet and that there was no stoppage. He poured water down the toilet with a bucket to simulate proper flushing. No stoppage.

I was willing to overlook the water he left all over my bathroom and the damage he did to the toilet with the snake because he said he would contact the warranty company right away about replacing the toilet.

After two days I texted him to inquire about the status of the service request. No response. When I followed up with the warranty company they said that my claim was denied because the contractor reported a foreign object in the drain. What?! Keep in mind this was not discussed at all when he was at my house and he gave me an invoice that specifically says that the toilet needs to be replaced. Nothing about a foreign object.

This had to be a simple mistake! He was so nice and the problem was so apparent. I contacted him again asking him to contact the warranty company and correct the report so that they could approve replacing the toilet. No response. Nada.

The warranty company refuses to cover the cost of another technician despite the obvious discrepancy between the invoice and the report he submitted to them.

I don't ask for much from contractors: just be honest and communicate with me about the job/issue and I'll gladly pay you for your service. I did not get that with this company.
