I've used this company twice for issues with water heaters going out. Once through home warranty and the 2nd time dealing with the company directly for a rental unit. The communication and responsiveness was excellent! We called on a Sunday and Eli was available to come out the next day to diagnose the issues. Where the service exceeded expectations was all the research Eli put in to determine the water heater was under warranty and hold the company accountable to offer a no-cost replacement. This involved Eli spending hours of haggling via phone and in person. Ultimately, after a week of back and forth with the manufacturer, we got a new upgraded unit. We talked to Eli almost daily throughout and he was either at our home for evidence, photos, removal or install regularly during that time. His price was fair for all the time and effort he put in, not to mention the $1000+ saved for ensuring our warranty was honored. This company has secured itself as our go-to plumber in the future for their consideration, professionalism, and efficiency.

I cannot recommend Eli highly enough. He's come out to repair and service my tankless water heater, replace various broken and leaky valves, and install a new faucet. He's communicative, trustworthy, and knows what he's doing.

These amazing guys were assigned by my home warranty company for a blockage in the pipes and you never know which way that will go....to my surprise they were very courteous, very efficient and very thorough. First off I do not have a Home Warranty. This was a good old fashioned plumbing house call. We were having issues with out 13 year old tankless water heater and I could see by photos on their website that they had experience with this kind of heater. Eli was able to come out the next day to diagnose. Stayed in contact via text when an earlier appointment was going long to revise his arrival window. He was very honest that what he could do that day had about a 60% chance fixing my issue. We went ahead with it and it has been a week now and it is working like it did when it was new. Eli was knowledgeable with the unit and I am happy with my service.

First American Home Warranty messed up the claim but I communicated with Eli throughout the process and we were able to get it resolved. He is communicative and knowledgeable in his line of work.
