Came out twice to clear stoppage. Drain pipe exploded during snake, dumping black water throughout bathroom. Took about 10 towels to soak it up. Plumber cleaned up the mess superficially, repaired broken pipe with duct tape. Was ultimately able to resolve the issue.

I had the unfortunate experience of being assigned these excuses for plumbers through First American Home Warranty. They showed up and snaked the line but broke my sink drains through their sloppy work. I figured mistakes happen, I let First American know about the issue and they said the plumber would be back to fix it. I was told it's their responsibility. It's been a month of back and forth trying to get these low lifes back to deal with the issue they caused. I even bought replacement parts to try and meet them halfway. They claimed to the home warranty company that the drains were like that when they arrived. How convenient that I knew exactly which drains you would snake and so I broke them before your arrival. I hope your business goes... down the drain.
