Called to make an appointment was told they were busy until a week later if they had an opening they would let me know. End of the week they show up unannounced. Took them 5 minutes to unclog a drain and they charged over a hundred dollars. They even charged me a tool fee?!! I repair computers i dont even charge that. When i tried to explain my situation to get the price lower i was laughed at like im nobody. Arent we the people who pay for these plumbers to have work? Will never use blackman plumbing again!!!

I've always been a loyal customer to Sid Blackman plumbing - however the customer service has gone down so bad - that i just fired them and will never use them again.

A week ago - i had them come in a look at a sink installation. They were supposed to follow up with a sink. never did - I found my own called them monday for an install. They said the tea would call me back - after 3 days and me calling 3 times finally got an appointment. Then Get a call that they are busy and the guy would be late. Then get a call from the tech, sorry not coming. There is plenty of plumbers out there...

don't waste your time with these guys - customer service sucks, and they just don't care obviously. Why give them you hard earned dollars....
