I've had the same plumber for years, but every time he came his pricing was high and higher while doing the same work. So, after when we came home after being out of the house for 3 weeks, and found that out sewer line was clogged, I decided to look on yelp and found Joe. After reading a few reviews I called him, and he was able to come out the next afternoon. He was very professional and was even able to clean up the poor work done by the plumber who had installed our new shower improperly. Joe not only installed new hardware, but also fixed our pipes that were in poor condition. He did it all with a smile on his face and made sure to be respectful every step of the way. We are very happy to have a new reliable plumber. I highly recommend Original Plumbing!

Joe and Anthony came out to check on a mystery leak in my house. They used a camera and good old fashioned detective skills to find my leak. As it turns out the furnace has a drain that was draining right into the furnace room! They suggested I call the guy who installed my AC and it should be under warrantee. They offered to do the work if I couldn't get anywhere that way. It's good to know these guys were honest enough to tell me what was actually happening and that another professional would be the better option. I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

Joseph came out and fixed a pipe above our tankless water heater that was leaking into an outlet. He was here within 40 minutes late on a Friday night. He was very pleasant and finished the job within an hour. Definitely recommended!

Most home owners can relate to the anxiety of trying to find quotes for when something goes wrong. Research, comparative shopping, assessing trustworthiness, etc. it's all a big hassle.

I was about to start this circus for my water heater and Original Plumbing was the first to come through. Immediate impression was they were very professional, respectful of the home, offered to wear a mask, put on booties b4 entering the home. Solid at every turn.

With respect to the actual service. The final price was in line with the quote, the situation was explained succinctly and plainly. (I knew what was wrong but I don't have the skills to b messing with plumbing). So it was reassuring that they were not trying to take advantage of any possible ignorance I might have had. I had no need to see anyone else and I pretty much found my plumber - hopefully nothing else breaks for a while.

I wanted to replace my old and noisy 16-year-old Power Vent Water Heater in my second-floor condominium. I once called a company and said that I needed my Power Vent Water Heater replaced. They sent a plumber who wasn't told that I needed a Power Vent Water Heater. The plumber then complained he did not have one, that there would be an extra charge for having two plumbers, and strangely stated ""I am not going to charge you for this call."" After that I reached out to other companies and their attitudes were truly discouraging. But when I called Original Plumbing, the owner Joseph Martinez was very courteous and helpful. Because I was busy the rest of the day, I met Joseph the next morning and he explained the project and the costs involved. That same day he brought the very hard-to-find Power Vent Water Heater and replaced my old one in just over two hours. The space that houses the water heater is so tight that another plumber may charge more labor hours for removing it from and replacing it in the very tight closet space. He also gave me his five-year parts and labor complete warranty, whereas the six-year manufacturer's warranty only covers the first year of labor.
I highly recommend Original Plumbing because Joseph Martinez gives prompt service, a complete evaluation of the work involved, and respect for the owner's property. I believe the cost of the work is reasonable, most likely because it is a family-owned business.
