I was required to get a Moen Flow valve installed in order to get carried for home insurance. This device comes with a supposedly *free installation* that is booked through a phone app called Frontdoor. Frontdoor cancelled my appointment for installation and said they won't have availability for another two weeks. So I called Moen to get a listing of authorized plumbers and will request a reimbursement for the installation from Moen (thanks Frontdoor for not doing your job). Apparently I am better at booking appointments than they are. Maybe I should apply to work there?

Although I am partially covered up to $300 by Moen for reimbursment, I had to go a little over to book Original Plumbing. In comparison, a competitor quoted $500 more for the same service. In all fairness, Joe had to do a little extra work to make sure that I would be compliant and not have issues with Moen in the future. That alone is a life saver giving me peace of mind. I already had to get a power outlet on the outside of the house installed for this supposedly *free* device (after purchase) that is costing me a fortune.

But at least Joe and Original Plumbing helped keep my costs as low as possible and I should be in good standing with my home insurance coverage.

Joe was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. I am happy that I chose him and it is nice to finally not have this nightmare project looming over me anymore since he completed it successfully.

I've had the same plumber for years, but every time he came his pricing was high and higher while doing the same work. So, after when we came home after being out of the house for 3 weeks, and found that out sewer line was clogged, I decided to look on yelp and found Joe. After reading a few reviews I called him, and he was able to come out the next afternoon. He was very professional and was even able to clean up the poor work done by the plumber who had installed our new shower improperly. Joe not only installed new hardware, but also fixed our pipes that were in poor condition. He did it all with a smile on his face and made sure to be respectful every step of the way. Joe helped us with a clogged kitchen sink. Fixed the issue within 30 minutes and gave us some some tips on maintenance. He was available to come in on the weekend and was very responsive. Highly recommended.

Joe and Anthony came out to check on a mystery leak in my house. They used a camera and good old fashioned detective skills to find my leak. As it turns out the furnace has a drain that was draining right into the furnace room! They suggested I call the guy who installed my AC and it should be under warrantee. They offered to do the work if I couldn't get anywhere that way. It's good to know these guys were honest enough to tell me what was actually happening and that another professional would be the better option. I will definitely call them for future plumbing needs.

Joseph came out and fixed a pipe above our tankless water heater that was leaking into an outlet. He was here within 40 minutes late on a Friday night. He was very pleasant and finished the job within an hour. Definitely recommended!
