T H.Arrived earlier than expected (I like sticking to schedules). Had no consideration for pets. No greetings, no handshakes. Another man showed up later that seemed to start calling shots and getting lunch orders, he did say hi, but then called me a house-sitter in my own home... Customer service was very poor, not personable at all. On a positive note, warrantees are good things.
Jessica I.My air conditioner died, and since Original Donnelly had serviced my HVAC before, the call went to them. I figured if I was going to be bent over for several thousand dollars, it should be by someone I had a track record with. The service call took next to no time- when something's dead, it's not hard to figure out- and a call was made to their sales guy to come out and explain options the same day. The installation of the new one was scheduled for a week later. The team arrived earlier than promised, and the whole thing went smoothly. My sole complaint was that they tracked in mulch and mud and did not clean up after themselves.
To sum it up, if you have to spend a boatload of money on stuff like this, Donnelly is not a poor choice. Just ask to borrow my broom next time, ok?
