Called on sat morning at 7 am. I was told I would have crew on site within an hour. 30 Minutes later a confirmation call and 20 minutes after that on site and getting to work. Omar and Victor both very respectful guys. Explained what the issue was, addressed it and advised me on what I should do going forward.

Called at 8:00 AM this morning as kitchen sink clogged all weekend...was told that someone would be out within a half hour...less than 30 minutes later Peter arrived and he was awesome. Took a few attempts to get the snake to clear out the clog, but Peter kept going and got the job done. They were so quick to come by despite it being a same-day, last minute call, and everyone was so nice. Javier and his assistant did a great repair of our double sink to stop a leak and advised on how we could prevent it in the future with a more heavy-duty repair (it would require knocking down a wall to get to the pipes). I'm not just happy with the service, I'm also pretty excited to have an excuse to finally renovate my hideous bathroom -- and I plan on calling them to do the plumbing for it when I do.

The company gave me a 3 hr window and arrived shortly thereafter. The tech had a good attitude and got to work and unclogged my washing machine line. Totally satisfied with this company and recommend them!!! So glad I found them online!!! I can honestly say I felt relieved I was not giving the run around!!

We had a bathroom sink drain that wouldn't drain. I called Original 718 and left a message. They called back 30 min later and arranged to send a technician in an hour. Peter, the technician who came, was very professional. He quickly snaked the drain. Everything was done in 30 minutes at a very, very reasonable fee. Will definitely use them again!

I called to ask about one faucet that wasn't running. The gentleman on the phone (I think it was Mike) immediately told me it was probably a partially frozen pipe. He politely told me that they couldn't do anything in person, but told me what to do (turn up the heat, open the tap, etc.) and was patient with my utter lack of plumbing knowledge. I was impressed, because he wasn't making money by staying on the phone with me. If we need a 24-hour plumber in future, I will call these guys. P.S. His advice worked, and the faucet is running again.

Turned up on time did the job and also pointed out what my plumber had done wrong, he even went to the extent to call my plumber directly and tell him what he needs to do to correct the situation so I won't have a nasty problem later down the line.

Mike responded to my inquiry quickly and reasonable price at 9 pm and sent someone right away the next day.
