this would be the last plumber I called. Don't stand behind their work. Had a problem where their mistake cost me an extra $1000 in cleanup and they claimed it wasn't their fault. If your sewer backs up and they snake it and claim they got it fixed and then it back up again a couple of days later, whose fault is it??

Unbelievably irritated with this company. Furnace died and they came out for a service call. I got fed a line about having some rare furnace which was hard to find parts for. (It was a Carrier furnace that they'd actually installed about 15 years ago.) They told me it would be cheaper to replace the entire furnace for $1200+. No way I could afford that so they charged me a service fee to come out and left. I googled the problem and found out it was a common problem and a common furnace. I should have done that first. Bought a new fan motor for $80, the old one came out with three screws and right back in in 15 minutes. Works fine now. Never will call them again for anything.
