Calling after hours, Ryan was the first responder to our water issue. He brought out a dehydrator/dryer to get the drying process started. The next day, one of his teams, Seth and Colton came to the house to move cabinets, tape off where mold had started and began the demolition of the floor. Our damage was great enough that it had to be taken to the sub floor.
Our drying process included getting the floors dry first, then the drywall was removed, the cabinets were removed and all areas were dried completely. During the process Seth and Colton put up large plastic tarp like enclosures on the entrances to the kitchen so dust and particles didn't fill the rest of the house. Knowing we will need to remodel, Seth left the enclosures (to pick up at a later date), to minimize the dust and made a zippered entrance so we could go back and forth as needed.
Ryan and Colton were fantastic with the water restoration/damage work. They were extremely patient with all my questions (I asked a LOT of them), they put my mind at ease and because the drying process took several days, Seth kept in constant communication with me and came to the house multiple times to check on the kitchen.
In a time of trying circumstances (your home is damaged), these guy show up and are respectful, professional, personable and make the situation much easier to deal with.
I can't say enough great things about the communication I had with Ryan via phone calls and emails, with Seth and Colton in their checking in and constant monitoring of the drying process and the overall experience. These guys are amazing and so worth the phone call.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Oregon Restoration. Though it was not directly for my benefit (damage happened to basement storage area of home owner) I was the one impacted due to being the renter/resident of this home. My experience with all the workers was one of courteousness to my time needs, respect of my property and a clear understanding of all the steps necessary to tackle the mold issue. The owners damaged items had to be contained and cleaned before being moved past my personal property and through my living area to a pod container. Large dehumidifiers and air cleaners had be be brought in and run for days. I was typically called and alerted to when and how each step of the process was going to take place. The friendliness of everyone involved hugely helped make a trying situation easier. I would not hesitate to call this company in the future if I were the one needing mold abatement. I would have given 5 stars but had a few initial delayed shows without calls alerting me to schedule changes. After I mentioned this was a problem, a very concerted effort was made to keep me apprised of any potential changes to all remaining appointments. I think anyone using their services would be pleased with their attention to detail and overall commitment to the job.

I had the pleasure of working with Oregon Restoration while purchasing my new home. While working in the crawl space, a rather extensive amount of mold was found and I honestly had a few days of panic. However I called Oregon Restoration and Ryan and his crew were so reassuring, they were quick to come over and assess the situation. The clean up job they did was phenomenal! You cannot tell there was ever any mold at all. All staining is gone. When I had the air quality tested after the treatment (since I have a baby) the samples inside the house were lower than the ambient outside readings. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were always willing to discuss the job with me and to answer any questions that I had. They were patient, reassuring and their work was excellent! I will be recommending them every chance I get.

I had a leak in my roof which damaged my dining room ceiling. I called Oregon Restoration to come out and estimate the damage. The area was sealed off and then later measured for restoration. Unfortunately, due to asbestos, they were not able to do the job. There were no charges for work performed. I appreciated they returned my calls in a timely manner and were able to help with what they could.

Hands down the best. Well, 2 weeks after we moved in, we noticed a toilet leak and when the plumber came out to fix it he took one look at the floor and said ""that's a much bigger problem. I can't do anything until you rip out the floor."" Queue hand against head. We got homeowners insurance involved and found Oregon Restoration through here. From first contact to final touchups on the bathroom remodel, Curtis and his team were AWESOME. Seriously, they made the process easy, from working with adjusters to working with contractors to put our bathroom back together. I never had to worry if they were working or on track-Curtis was always available, quick to respond and hired a great team to do the work of rip out, dry out, and restore. I hope to never have the problem again, but I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. They may not be the cheapest gig in town, but water damage isn't something to mess around with. It was worth hiring a great team for peace of mind. I also love knowing things were put back together correctly, using the best practices and materials. The master bath is one room I won't have to worry about for a long time thanks to Oregon Restoration! We've had them back to do some work on our second bathroom and again, I won't find contractors that communicate as promptly and thoroughly as them. They're a great team with quality work!

We were lucky to have called Oregon Restoration when our kitchen flooded. We had extensive damage to the floors and they arrived and set up the equipment to dry it out within hours. They explained exactly what would need to be done, what it would cost, and helped expedite our insurance claim. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work and their expertise. Said 4-6 weeks and turned into 3 month job that maxed out our insurance, pocketbook, and patience. One year later we are still finding problems. Remodeling work not holding up and have to redo some. Had to have air ducts cleaned again because they did not clean attic line. Turns out our coughs and runny eyes that would not go away were due to lingering drywall dust in ducts. The worst interior paint job I have ever seen.

Project Manager, Dave Nevill showed up on time, came in with a very competitive and comprehensive bid, then did all the mold remediation required thoroughly and with attention to detail. Dave inspired confidence throughout the process, and he and his team were excellent to work with, pleasant, and utterly professional. They made a very unpleasant discovery of mold in the attic much easier to remedy than I could have imagined. I would recommend them without hesitation.
