We had a leak in our roof from an ice dam from the recent snow storm that resulted in a very wet carpet in our spare bedroom, and wet ceiling in the garage below. We don't go in the room often so the leak had been there for a few days. We called Oregon Restoration because they were the first result on Yelp and had solid 5 stars. We are extremely glad we did! Ryan, the president of the company, came out within an hour or so of us calling on a Saturday afternoon and immediately got to work. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was even from our phone conversation, and was able to begin the mitigation process right away. He was up front with the process and what was and wasn't salvageable. Thankfully, the only things we had to throw out were the carpet padding and a couple strips of baseboard.

Ryan was very flexible with him and his guys coming in to continue mitigation work through the weekend and the beginning of the week, even though they were swamped with other people having similar issues in town. His team (Nate and Brian) were very clean and orderly in opening up the walls that needed airing out, and were respectful of our home in doing so. They worked with our homeowner's insurance which was a relief to not have to worry about out-of-pocket charges. This is the kind of business whose service you hope you never need to use, but having needed them we are so thankful for their thorough and efficient work. If we ever run across a problem like this again, we will 1000% use them again. There are lots of other larger, chain companies in the area but we always prefer to support a smaller, local business and are so thankful for Oregon Restoration and their great work!

I am deeply thankful to Seth and the rest of the crew at Oregon Restoration for their time, professionalism and expertise during what was a stressful ordeal at my business. As a small business manager, I am on a timeline and a budget. In the midst of what I know was a crazy and busy time in Portland due to heavy snows and many burst pipes, the team at Oregon Restoration quickly communicated with me and made time for my business. They also were constantly sharing their perspective and knowledge with me. After coming out and checking the situation out, Seth realized I could fix the problem on my own without their skills. He didn't try to scheme me. He just gave me the facts, communicated clearly and rushed out to his next job. Thank you to the whole crew!

Curtis and his team from Oregon Restoration were completely professional and put our minds at ease during the mold mitigation and reconstruction process. The uncovering of mold and temporary displacement was disconcerting for our family, however, the process was worry free. The team worked diligently to restore move the mold in various areas of our basement with little disruption to our upstairs living. Curtis obtained bids for the reconstruction work and there were no surprises. They left a clean, fully restored basement. While not the cheapest bid, we had peace of mind with their high quality, professional team, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services!

Ryan and his crew just finished handling a small flood that happened in the finished portion of my basement. Ryan was straightforward, explained everything that needed to happen in layman's terms, and didn't play games with the cost. The overall price was completely reasonable given the amount of work he and his crew put in. Ryan also emphasized using clean green products(such as for anti-microbial), which is a really good for both me as a customer and the health of his employees. In addition to Ryan a couple of his employees that came out on the second day were also incredibly professional super nice guys who cut out some drywall to ensure every last bit of moisture was out of the affected portion of my basement. Thanks guys!

Without a doubt if I have future issues with water intrusion or mold I'll only be using Oregon Restoration, and plan on referring people their way.

Calling after hours, Ryan was the first responder to our water issue. He brought out a dehydrator/dryer to get the drying process started. The next day, one of his teams, Seth and Colton came to the house to move cabinets, tape off where mold had started and began the demolition of the floor. Our damage was great enough that it had to be taken to the sub floor.
Our drying process included getting the floors dry first, then the drywall was removed, the cabinets were removed and all areas were dried completely. During the process Seth and Colton put up large plastic tarp like enclosures on the entrances to the kitchen so dust and particles didn't fill the rest of the house. Knowing we will need to remodel, Seth left the enclosures (to pick up at a later date), to minimize the dust and made a zippered entrance so we could go back and forth as needed.
Ryan and Colton were fantastic with the water restoration/damage work. They were extremely patient with all my questions (I asked a LOT of them), they put my mind at ease and because the drying process took several days, Seth kept in constant communication with me and came to the house multiple times to check on the kitchen.
In a time of trying circumstances (your home is damaged), these guy show up and are respectful, professional, personable and make the situation much easier to deal with.
I can't say enough great things about the communication I had with Ryan via phone calls and emails, with Seth and Colton in their checking in and constant monitoring of the drying process and the overall experience. These guys are amazing and so worth the phone call.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Oregon Restoration. Though it was not directly for my benefit (damage happened to basement storage area of home owner) I was the one impacted due to being the renter/resident of this home. My experience with all the workers was one of courteousness to my time needs, respect of my property and a clear understanding of all the steps necessary to tackle the mold issue. The owners damaged items had to be contained and cleaned before being moved past my personal property and through my living area to a pod container. Large dehumidifiers and air cleaners had be be brought in and run for days. I was typically called and alerted to when and how each step of the process was going to take place. The friendliness of everyone involved hugely helped make a trying situation easier. I would not hesitate to call this company in the future if I were the one needing mold abatement. I would have given 5 stars but had a few initial delayed shows without calls alerting me to schedule changes. After I mentioned this was a problem, a very concerted effort was made to keep me apprised of any potential changes to all remaining appointments. I think anyone using their services would be pleased with their attention to detail and overall commitment to the job.

I had the pleasure of working with Oregon Restoration while purchasing my new home. While working in the crawl space, a rather extensive amount of mold was found and I honestly had a few days of panic. However I called Oregon Restoration and Ryan and his crew were so reassuring, they were quick to come over and assess the situation. The clean up job they did was phenomenal! You cannot tell there was ever any mold at all. All staining is gone. When I had the air quality tested after the treatment (since I have a baby) the samples inside the house were lower than the ambient outside readings. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were always willing to discuss the job with me and to answer any questions that I had. They were patient, reassuring and their work was excellent! I will be recommending them every chance I get.
