Awful company. Had an issue with the work they did so I called their number to get in touch with the boss. The secretary kept saying she'd leave a message for her boss to get back to me. It's been months he never did. Exactly how the other reviewer mentioned the boss was using this secretary as a go between instead of taking care of a clients personal issue. Such unprofessional behavior I'm surprised they're even still in business with their attitude and poor work ethic.

My main sewer line and water line were both broken so had to replace both. Had contacted a few other contractors. They gave a very high quote but due to its urgency i almost went with one of them. Luckily i contacted orchid. Ricky stoped by and gave me a reasonable quote nearly less than half of others! I wasnt sure if he was talking about the same job. After all, Ricky's team did everything that other companies proposed but only costed me half. They also asked another company to jet the rest of the sewer line under the street. It was a complicated situation but his team handled it well. Also, they cleaned my yard, sidewalk, driveway and even put back sprinklers and bushes which was included in the contract! I was extremely happy with their work! Definitely recommend to anyone who need to replace/repair sewer/water lines. Btw, thats the job they do. They don't do inhouse plumbing.

Called and spoke to a nice woman over the phone, explained that it was an emergency with a burst water main. Was told someone would be by that day and I'd get a call back with the time. Hours later, didn't hear from anyone, called back, and was told that the boss said he'd actually come by tomorrow afternoon. Irritated, but still in need of a plumber, I said, fine, please confirm in the morning the time and that he's still coming.

Fast forward to today, still never heard back from anyone. Did see an unmarked white van double-parked in the middle of the street across from the house sitting in the rain, thought it was suspicious...noticed it sitting foro a moment before driving off. I gave a call back, spoke to the same nice young lady and she told me ""the boss took a look and..."" she gave me the quoted price. I mentioned that I had seen a sketchy van just then, why wouldn't he have rang my doorbell or spoken to me directly, and why was he using her as a go-between? Also, he didn't even step foot outside of his vehicle and what kind of estimate is that?

Anyway, long story long, the way they do business obviously isn't a good fit for my needs, and thankfully I've found someone else who knows the meaning of true customer service and handles things much better. On top of it all, they don't even take credit cards. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone that I care about and I won't contact them again.Not impressed.
