I seemed optimistic at first,when someone actually answered the phone on first call. We scheduled a time the following morning, bright and early for someone to help detect a leak on my property. However, the appointment time came and went. Typical, no call no show. I guess my time isn't as important as theirs.

He came out and ran a camera, gave me a price estimate and wouldn't take a payment, told him I wanted to discuss with my husband and I'd call to schedule the repairs and never heard back.

my hot water leak under my home's foundation was a flood.i was worried about my any permanent damage plus my water/gas bill would be astronomical.after having bids from other companies in the thousands,mark of orchard plumbing capped the faulty pipe,rerouted service bypassing the leak and was done in one day.experience,integrity is not dead.they arrived on time,neat,clean and did not leave the place a mess.my wife and i were in shock from this mishap and mark patiently answered all our questions.i am sure some were foolish but mark is truly a great plumber and person

I was amazed to see how quickly the business owner came out to our place, especially on the weekend, when we received notice from the water service provider about a continuous water flow reading. He helped locate the source of the leak and showed us what would need to be done. He said it would be cheaper to get a landscape person to do the repair as compared to what he would charge. He was not one to gouge a customer unnecessarily and very much appreciated his professionalism. If I should ever need a true plumbing repair, he will be the first one I call.

My water line developed a leak up in the ceiling soaking the fiber board damaging it. Orchard Plumbing was the first one that picked up my call and talking to a real person. Their charge rate seemed reasonable so I accepted them to do the job. The technician promptly arrived and did the job properly.. a subcontractor that the company uses to do the fiberboard repair came the following day as scheduled (husband and wife) and did an excellent repair job. Good as new.
The company is Vet friendly as well. I am keeping their business card, just in case.

Failure to respond to emails requesting installation of a demand water heater. I realize the job market is booming, but we've been quoted eight to ten thousand dollars for this job. Orchard was recommended by an air conditioning company doing work on our new home. What a dud and disappointment.

Highly recommend there services, I was dealing with two to three other company's until I spoke with the owner of Orchard Plumbing he was so helpful over the phone I told him I feel like I should be getting charged for the consult.. He suggested that I can do what he advise me to do or he can come out and do it. The fact I felt no pressure and he didn't come off as trying to get paid, I felt I could do the job myself after what he explained to me but I appreciated his customer service so well I with him coming out and doing the job, which was resolved. GREAT SERVICE

He personally cleared the recurring clog/backup that's been ongoing for a month.

[My Rant: My Home Warranty Company kept using a plumbing service that I will not name here, as it has nothing to do with Mark's outstanding work. The other plumbing service had been out to my home 6 times in a month and insisted and argued with me that THEY DETERMINED I HAVE BROKEN PIPES! Quoted $6500.00 to break my foundation to replace the area, showed me blurry video from their sub par camera of a blob on my pipe. Their office staff was so rude and obnoxious, though their plumbers were professional.]

When Mark took my call, he was here within several hours, exactly when he expected and quoted. Showed me a clear shot of obstruction on his camera, which was a single piece of tile. He ran a Jetter, cleared it out and found nothing wrong with my pipes at this time. Was in and out within a little over an hour. Finally I have clear pipes!
