Response time after our home warranty notified them of our service request was over 48 hours and they weren't able to come out for 4 days. They came, fixed one portion of our needs quickly but didn't check the drain that was backed up to ensure it was actually working... a few days later, here we are with the drain so backed up both of our showers completely stopped and filled up with dirty water. The person on the phone was extremely rude to us and didn't seem to understand that they fell short. At 2PM in the afternoon, they said they had no one available to come until the next day. This company doesn't stand behind their work, and puts new business before fixing previous work. When I asked for a refund, he said absolutely not. I told him if they weren't going to come fix the issue within a reasonable time that I'd be leaving reviews and he got even more upset and then refused to work with us. Bottom line is I just paid out of pocket to roto rooter to avoid working with this disgraceful company in the future. Roto-Rooter will get a five star from me, I would definitely recommend them! Also, your phone operator is a joke.

I Was initially impressed when the technician came out the first time to solve several issues because he was so quick, but after several weeks I realized that two of the issues was not solved. After speaking to my home warranty company, they had the same plumber come back out to fix the problem. He again was very quick, but only fixed one of the issues I had with the toilet. He states that I needed to call the home warranty company to place another service call to address the second problem since he didn't have the time to do it and it wasn't on his list. I reminded him that I had concerns about the second problem during the initial visit, but at that time he assured me that it was ok and that ""that's how they make them"". The first issue was a constantly running toilet which he fixed ( I hope) and the second issue was a loose non-functioning water shut off valve. He claims of having no memory of me mentioning the non-functioning water valve the first time. I am upset for two reasons, 1. The blatant dishonesty of this particular technician (Brian) and 2. He did not offer to set up another appointment time to address the problem he did not have time to fix. I felt like I was left hanging out on a limb with this company and excellent customer service was lacking. I will not use this company again.

Owner of company very rude, unprofessional and unwilling to help. Literally told me instead of putting in a service call I should just check for the leak myself and if I find one then contact them. Was referred by a warranty company, Old Home Warranty. Technician informed me that he could come out to my home the next day, just to contact the office to schedule the appt. Owner said, I'd have to wait several more days when I have already been waiting 4 days for someone to contact me. I informed him that I just spoke with his tech and he told me that he could come to my home tomorrow, he literally said, ""NO HE DID NOT!"" I replied, ""yes, he did."" He repeated the same thing over to me, basically acting juvenile and calling me a liar. That was the last straw, not a company I want to be dealing with nor would I refer anyone to them either. There were some other communications issues with them stating they called me in the morning and left me a message, when I never received a phone call or a voicemail from this company. To each their own, yet, never again for me.

Warning: if you have an Old Republic home warranty, this company does not provide their full service catalog to Old Republic customers. We have an issue that has happened twice before and both times has required hydro-jetting to resolve. This plumber told me he does not do hydro-jetting for Old Republic. Be warned - if they come out to your home you may be waiting multiple days (and service providers) before they resolve the issue because they only do some services not all.

My home warranty company contracted orbit to do repair a leak in our upstairs bathtub. It was leaking through the ceiling in to a room downstairs. They sent someone out the same day. He found a couple of broken items and repaired them the same day. I will use them again for any items not covered by our warranty company.

These guys are great! My home warranty company assigned Orbit Plumbing to fix a drainage issue I was having at my new house. The technician showed up on time, was very friendly and got the job done quickly. He explained the issue, showed me what the fix was and made some good recommendations for the future if it happened again. I'd absolutely call these guys again and recommend them to my friends and family!

I've had two good experiences with this company. My mom had a pipe burst in her yard and water was pouring out exponentially she doesn't use internet so she had me look online, I callex arpund with no luck and found this company. They came out dug underground and gave her a great price. So she called them back when she needed work on her tub. Last night a pipe under my kitchen sink sprung a huge leak and was spraying into my outlet for the disposal. They came out and found that the pipes were done illegally and he worked it out with my landlord to get it fixed. He replaced the iron piping with copper. If you want fair pricing and quality work call Orbit. They will fix your problem!
