Orangefield Water Supply

Orangefield had a line bust on 8-26-13 near my home. When the line was repaired they sent mud and other debris into my home. The supervisor Joe, said that the line was thier problem and the mud in my home was mine. I was also told by Joe that if they paid for everything they messed up at peoples homes, that the community would not be able to afford my water bill. I was also told that I could call a lawyer but would loose because of a contract I signed when I got hooked up to the service saying they are not liable for anything they do to destroy the customers property. However if you don't sign it, you don't get water. Sounds like a forced contract. If you are moving into Orangefield, I would suggest you drill a water well and stay as far from Orangefield Water District as possible.
