A neighbor had referred me to Orange Plumbing and they now have customers for life. We bought two new Toto toilets from them on Tuesday and Chris came and installed them this morning. Quick, efficient, personable and cleaned up everything totally. Highly recommend them.

We had very low water pressure, Ryan & Devon came and replaced our main water shut off value outside, checked our shower heads and got us great pressure again. These gentlemen were very professional, fast and the job was done perfectly. I will use Orange Plumbing again without hesitation, great customer service as well.

I had a backed up toilet. It requires someone to snake out drain on roof. This is the service I asked for. Plumber shows up, no call prior. I tell him I want roof drain pipe snaked out. He snakes toilet. Tells me I need to replace toilet. Overcharges me and leaves. Ten days later I am back needing roof drain pipe snaked out. Contact company, they hung up on me.

Would not recommend this company what so ever. They don't care about their employees who work there. Dawn, the manger will screw with you so badly and make you want to quit by cutting your hours drastically.

When I think customer service, it isn't orange plumbing. Had to have water valves replaced, made an appointment a week in advance for 8am but the plumber didn't show up til 10:52am. In the mean time I had to turn guests away. Hope not to need them at all in the future. The office manager not friendly at all, disappointed in how I/my business was handled. To add the icing on the cake plumber shows up & without the tools he needs!!!!

After I broke off a hose bib at the main water service line to my home, I contacted Orange Plumbing. Steve D was promptly dispatched. Steve replaced my aging main cutoff valve and installed a new, removeable hose bib. I observed superb craftsmanship and enjoyed courteous interaction with Steve. I highly recommend Orange Plumbing.

Noticed that I had a link under my kitchen sink that was coming out from under my house through the crawl space. Called this morning and they were at my house 2 hours later. My pipe coming up into the house had rusted out and was leaking. They cut the pipe out put a new pipe in and sealed around the pipe so no bugs could crawl up into the house. The workers were awesome and did a great job. I have always used Orange Plumbing and they have always been great.

My first encounter was with Scott. my hot and cold lines were reversed in my recently renovated house( bad contractor) and wanted the lines cleaned out. All I got was the hot and cold reversed. He was extremely overworked and had to rush away. Now my water heater is leaking! So, I called them again to look at THAT problem. I was told that I would be called back for appointment day and time. No call back. It is now day 5. So, I just called them back and cancelled completely. I don't need a company like that to help me.
