Wow, I was blown away by the company and specifically Ruben. I wish they did electrical, flooring, painting, and every other trade so I could utilize their services more. I was having low water pressure in my kitchen and it turned out I had a slab leak. The first two plumbers I called quoted me $$$$$ to jack hammer out my kitchen floor to fix the pipe. Ruben has tremendous skill and plumbing knowledge, and explained to me that he could reroute the plumbing with PEX and not have to touch my floors! Thank god I didn't use the other guys, I saved a boatload. Ruben also detected the leak in a different r spot than the others, helping him make the better decision on rerouting the pipes. Plus, my water pressure is even better now than it ever was before. Thank you so much Empire Plumbing, you definitely have my business for life and I will be referring you to all of my friends and family.

What can I say? Great service! Ruben was so helpful. Just moved into our new house and.... water heater goes out on Friday . Home warranty says they'll cover replacement,,,,, (it's now Saturday) but the company they go through can't do it until Monday. I contacted Empire and I have a new water heater!!!!! Same day. Wonderful! Highly recommend.

Got to meet both Gabe & Richard when they came out to offer a free estimate for a clogged kitchen sink of mine. Not only was I given a couple options to remedy the problem but, it all came at a great price with a 30-day warranty. These guys are now my new Pomona house plumbers for any issue if and when that occurs. Great job!

My dad had an emergency leak in his shower that he couldn't fix. He called two plumbers, Gabe and another local company. The other company came over first and gave a ridiculous quote of 1,200 + for the job! Luckily my dad waited for Gabe.. he was friendly and came ready to work. He fixed the issue no problem and only charged 181! Gabe is an honest plumber and provided excellent service. I'm so glad my dad was able to find him.

Uncle had an ugly waste back up in both bathrooms bath tub and shower. I called Empire got immediate response. Ruben is awesome he came out immediately after finishing another job. Wait time was minimal. He came out looked over everything was very thorough he explained a few things as to what was happening. He was very knowledgeable, very honest . I had the good pleasure to reach out to Empire Plumbing this week for a very bad plumbing situation. I noticed the sound of a continuance of water running at my home which was unusual. After investigating the source, it turned out to be a broken water main pipe. My front yard flower bed was flooded.
I applaud Empire Plumbing for their quick response to my initial inquiry to solicit help. They did not stop there; they sent someone out showing urgency to my situation. Hey, they did not stop there; they kept me updated on the arrival of someone to come out and give a free estimate as well. The customer service was professional and awesome at all times. I do not not who trained the person providing updates but they were very polite and responsive and it increased my comfort level that I chose the right company to use.

I know this is going to sound dramatic, but Empire Plumbing has restored my faith in humanity! Why the high praise, you ask? Well we noticed that the cold water on one of our two master bathroom faucets would come out at a normal speed then trickle down to almost nothing. We had another highly-rated local plumbing company come in and quickly diagnose it as a $225 cartridge replacement. I thought this was a bit steep so I opted for a second opinion from Empire Plumbing, who offers the rare free in-person estimate. Gabriel was able to schedule the free in-person estimate two days later and Ruben arrived on time during the designated time slot. Ruben was extremely friendly and polite and quickly diagnosed the problem as simply needing to adjust the angle stop. Obviously I felt really silly because I hadn't thought of messing with anything under the sink and it was literally a matter of turning a knob, but now I know! After fixing the issue, Ruben explained the technical side of things so I could better understand how water volume related to the cartridge and he confirmed no work needed to be done. Ruben even checked the water pressure as a bonus!

I can rest easy knowing there are honest plumbers who are, sadly, sometimes vulnerable thanks to the dishonesty of some of their colleagues, and Empire Plumbing is an example of the honest side of things! Ruben's honesty was also smart from a business standpoint because I will now call them and only them for any future serious/legitimate plumbing issues we have. I am so glad I found Empire Plumbing and can now proudly say I have my go-to plumber!
