We were hosting a birthday party at our house and needed someone to install sprinklers last minute. We called a few companies and everyone was booked weeks out. When I talked to Steve at Orange County Sprinkler Repair, he was just as busy as these other companies, but he agreed to move his schedule around to help us out. Steve and his crew were extremely accommodating. We were planning on working all weekend once the sprinklers were installed to lay a weed barrier over the soil, build several planters, plant succulents, and lay mulch. Steve and his crew offered to help us finish the full project over the course of three hours! Despite this work being well beyond the scope of his original bid, he gave us a very fair price. The backyard looks great and we had the rest of the weekend to work on other projects (and relax)!

We had an emergency leak on a Saturday flooding our yard and could not turn off the water because we couldn't find the valve buried under the mud. We turned off our main water and started looking for someone to come out immediately. Steve actually answered the phone and was compassionate that we needed to turn our main water off and Monday would be too long with two small children to go without water. He said he will make it happen and within an hour Mark showed up to our house and found the problem. Mark was so upbeat and knowledgeable. He discovered it was a long term leak that suddenly broke which explained why we had water pooling in our front yard we couldn't figure out. It was one of the best experiences we could ask for in an emergency situation and cannot recommend these guys enough.

I called OC Sprinkler Repair twice. Both times I was very satisfied with the service provided to me by Steve. It didn't take him long to find the problem. Steve was very friendly, professional and very honest. He left a lasting impression on me with his honesty. I thought I needed a new sprinkler system...however, Steve said the system I have now does not need to be replaced. One thing for sure, if in the near future the sprinkler system gives me any problems I'm calling OC Sprinkler repair. Steve is the BEST!!!!!

Not sure how they received 5 stars. Says ""Orange County"" but only services North Orange County. Is very difficult to schedule an appointment with - excuse is they are too busy with other jobs.

Called OC Sprinkler repair to see if they could come by and quote me to fix our sprinkler controller that wasn't working. Two of their guys came by same day and started fixing the controller/valves right away vs. providing a quote to find out the cost and what the issue was so we could decide if we wanted it fixed. We ended up having to pay for the service obviously but the communication on the quote and authorizing the repair was not there. The person I spoke to originally on the phone also didn't say there was a fee either just to get someone to come diagnose. Steve did however knock off a yelp discount.

Steve and crew are super professional. I've used them in the past to trim trees on my former house and have always done a great job! They were able to take out roots to save the lawn, tree as well as help keep it away from pipes that go out to the street.

This time I called them to check out my new house and it's sprinkler system. I was concerned about how the timer was set and all of the drip irrigation. I called to make an appt and Melissa was very helpful in setting up a time to have someone come over and make recommendations.
The Boss Man, Steve came over to my house to check it out. He's so knowledgable...he took a look at everything, checked out the timer and each zone, adjusted a few things and said you're good to go. No price gouging, no crazy talk like replacing everything just a good honest business man that is a craftsman in his trade. Thanks OC Sprinkler! You guys are awesome.

Called on a Saturday at 4 after I broke a spigot clean off trying to change a hose out. Water came gushing out and I had to turn off the main. Steve came right over with a great attitude despite the final four games, and was finished in about 30 minutes.
