I called for an estimate to repair sprinklers, remove existing front and back lawn and add new sod. They came out right away, measured analyzed and told me they would review to determine if they would take the job or not. I never heard from them again. A courtesy call would've been nice.

Not an urgent issue, but had difficulty with our sprinkler heads and timer. They got back to me quickly and did a great job fixing our sprinklers. They offered us a couple options at different price points to help. Then they spent some extra time making sure everything was working perfectly. Will definitely go back to them with any future sprinkler needs!

So last week, Pete and Trevor found the initial problem causing our lawn sprinklers to not work (see earlier review). All this was visible and worked great looking at it from our property,
What we couldn't see was that one of the sprinkler pipes for the bushes has been split and moved under the wall between our property and our neighbors. They were experiencing water runoff we thought was part of their system.
When it was obvious the leak was from ours, contacted Trevor who had Pete back out. A more complex and labor intensive problem than the first due the extensive root growth, but Pete work his magic.
The owner, Steve, called personally to make sure we were satisfied... very! My only problem is they core business is sprinkler repair... seriously wish the did yard maintenance as well, they're that concerned about your satisfaction.

Recently I discovered a broken, underground sprinkler pipe and called Orange County Sprinkler Repair. They called me back within one hour and we set up an appointment for Saturday. Travis called me a couple of times Saturday to let me know where they were and Todd showed up on time and ready to work. He was very personable and quickly discovered the source of the issue. We agreed upon the very fair quote and he began the repair. Petey, another technician also showed up which was fortunate because he had the pipe size that was needed for the repair.

It was at this time I told Todd about another sprinkler issue I had and had him investigate for me. A broken sprinkler was the issue this time and we agreed that because of the location of the sprinkler, it didn't make sense for it to be there and he capped it off.
By this time, Petey had repaired the broken pipe and installed a bubbler for a tree in my backyard.

I am extremely satisfied with the level of service and professionalism demonstrated by both of these gentlemen and would recommend Orange County Sprinkler Repair to anyone that needs to have their sprinklers serviced.

I thought my valve are leaking so I immediately found Orange County Sprinkler on Yelp and I am glad I did. They came on time and inspect it. Guess what? It wasn't a leak issue. It's just the previous house owner didn't raise the valve box above the ground lever for 6""-12"" which he should and I was advised with multiple options and wasn't forced to fix the issue right away as there's no leaking. I decided to leave it as is until the valve stops working and I will definitely call them again to do the job.

Another good thing is, the drove all the way to my house and inspected it . Although I decided not to fix it right away, they didn't charge me for the inspection. What a nice service.

WOW, where to start. Steve and Trevor came out to meet and give me a quote. Their price was fair and they were back the next day and did an outstanding job. Their Technician Todd was amazing. He took his time to explain what he was going to do to make sure he had all of the details correct and then he explained everything he did after the job was completed. He also found some problems that I was unaware and made those repairs for me as well. i.e. the prior Gardener who worked on our Drip Line failed to connect a couple of the lines they added and thus we had some plants not getting any water.... Thanks to Todd, Steve and Trevor at OC Sprinker Repair we are confident we now have a fully functioning system.
