I contacted Jonathan early on a Saturday morning after my 82 year old aunt's current plumber had quit on Friday night. He called right back and made arrangements to come out Monday morning due to the urgent nature of the problem. He was very communicative with my aunt, finished the job on time and did a great job! BEWARE! Once having finished a big job for a neighbor, I asked the repairman working for OC Royal Plumbing if he would just pop into my house to give me a quick estimate on a slight leak under my bathroom faucet. He kindly said he would take a look at no charge.
I am a single woman, senior, on very limited income.
When he checked under the sink, he said I needed to replace the whole thing and quoted me a multi-hundred dollar price. I said thanks but I couldn't come even close to being able to afford to do that. He then said -""wait a minute"" went to his truck and when he came back got back under the sink. I thought maybe he had something to temporarily hold the leak BUT... he went in & CUT THE 2 HOSES to the waterline! I was shocked when he came up with the metal T piece & 2 cut hoses!!! I said ""What did you do?!"" It seems that now he thought I would hire him to fix the whole thing - I did not, I could NOT afford that! I was appalled - how disreputable!!!
BEWARE of such treatment - seniors, women ANYONE!!!!
