Thanks OC Plumbing and HVAC! The Gas Co would not re-light a wall heater in the original, older part of the house as the connector was no longer in compliance. It was REALLY hard to find someone to do this. Most HVAC companies do not work on wall heaters anymore. There were a couple up in the LA area (with horrible reviews), that said they also serviced Orange County; plus Orange County Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning -- but we were outside their regular service area. They came down to Laguna Beach anyway and handled it! So relieved, so grateful. Thank you Tony.

Very unreliable, manager does not follow through with what he says. Very unhappy with their service. I have made a dozen phone calls for a simple repair and got nothing but a bunch of broken promises, my time was wasted and eventually had to hire another company.

The first technician who came was not good at diagnostics. A more experienced technician was finally able to diagnose the problem as a circuit board issue that needed replacement along with the contactor in the condensing unit. The repair cost estimate was initially more expensive than the competition but the company matched the competitor quote. Overall it was a satisfactory experience.

Omg!! This team saved my day. I just had a major surgery and the day before I was going home our AC went out. I was panicked with the heat and humidity we are experiencing and Don, Kyle and Lupe treated us like family and made sure we were taken care of so I could go home and be comfortable.
Tyler came to our house and it was late and he took his time and was thorough as though he was on a call at 8 am and checked everything to be sure our HVAC would purr all summer.

What an amazing team. I cannot thank you enough. I would recommend to anyone looking for plumbing and HVAC specialists.

No show, no call.
Took two days to get an appointment, then never showed up and never called to say technician would not be able to make the appointment or reschedule.Disappointing.

We had 8 separate leaks in our master bedroom/shower over the past 4 years. None of the previous plumbers had been able to solve our problem. Erick and his crew were able to repipe our downstairs with PEX giving us both a good deal and peace of mind. Their crew got the work done quickly and did a great job patching walls and cleaning up. I have never worked with a Plumber I would give a higher recommendation to.

I used them the first time for an A/C issue and things were fine. Called them a couple days later for a plumbing issue and things went downhill from there. The plumber never showed up on the day he was schedule. I called the company and was told he was still stuck at his first call and I will be next. I called back at 4PM and was told the plumber was rerouted to another job and I was left a voicemail informing me that. There was no voicemail. I decided to give them another shot. I rescheduled for the next day between 1-3 PM. Again no show, until 5:30PM I received a call saying they are at my building and ready to work. I had already contacted another plumber to come out.

The receptionist at Orange County Plumbing was not helpful. She seemed a little annoyed at me and I was not rude or disrespectful.

At 3:46 in the morning my central ac stopped working. I looked up 24 hour plumbing and ac companies so I can get my ac working again. I contacted Orange Counting Plumbing and they came right away!!! The service was beyond exceptional and the prices are reasonable! I will definitely use their services again!

Great service!!! They came out to our house and serviced our a/c. They are honest and don't b.s. you with all the stuff that could be wrong. Erick is always easy to work with and takes care of his customers! Will definitely recommend them to our friends and family!
