Honest straight forward service. Matt the technician handled our issue with our water heater quickly and took time to explain the process. He made some recommendations for the future, but in no way tried to push just to make a sale. While writing up the invoice he said he would wait a bit just to make sure our problem was for sure solved. Overall great experience, felt 100% confident that he was completely honest and trustworthy. Will definitely use this company again for future needs and would even request Matt if he is available.

Thanks OC Plumbing and HVAC!! My heater started blowing cold air and it was literally 57 degrees in the house at night. They came out quickly and on time. Tyler and Joel were very helpful, knowledgeable, and really nice. The heater was really old and needed to be replaced. Tony and his partner came back the next day and installed a new one. Tyler came for the final inspection and everything was great. My Nest thermostat ended up not working and Tyler took the time to call Nest and tell the guy what it was doing and helped get me a replacement part. He even installed the new part and everything works way better than before. They were very professional and went out of their way to help. I can't thank them enough for the great customer service. I will definitely use them again for future problems.

I had a sink that sunk and no plumber that I called wanted to deal with a sunken sink which is basically an undermount sink that sank. Matt and Tim came out, removed everything, placed sink where it is suppose to be, reinforced everything, replaced piping and left the area cleaner then before there visit. Matt and Tim were very knowledgeable, not to mention so polite and friendly. Thank you For great work.

I have insurance for my lateral sewer line. It has saved me a lot of money, but I don't pick who gets sent to do the work. This time it was Orange County PH&AC. They called a few minutes after I got off the phone with the insurance company, and Ricardo showed up within 30 minutes. He and his young assistant Eli quickly extracted an unholy mess of roots out of my line. At 75, I have had good experiences with plumbers and bad ones. Ricardo was one of the best. From start to finish, it was an excellent experience, and now I can take a shower. Thanks, guys.

Extremely shady company. They quote you a different price on the phone but charge you more upfront When they come to your home. they proposed a 3k fix that wasn't necessary. I found a different plumber who did the job for like $200. Stay away. NOT TRUSTWORTHY
