I have them come for a clog and water leak under the sink. Sean was great they unclogged the sink. Look under the sink and found out the garbage disposal needed a gasket. He was efficient, and did a great job. We will definitely use him in the future. He is a big dog lover too.

I would recommended this place on a heartbeat up to a month ago. They added a water regulator for us and it was great. Call them out to check out an issue that I thought that it was related to it and they came out as scheduled and it was great. However, when I call and message them to pass by to check out a shower issue, it took them a couple of days to reply to me. I requested to get myself scheduled but it has been hard. Finally got them to give us a day but no fix time window. Then message them a few time for them to let me know that they cannot make it and they might maybe make it the next day. I moved all my meetings in the afternoon in vain. I really like them but now I feel that I am in a new quest to find a new plumber that I can call up. I don't get why they weren't honest to say that they cannot this week or they aren't interested in fixing my issue. I wasted a week waiting.

We had contacted Orange County Drains & Sewer Services for a clogged kitchen drain and they responded within an hour with a very reasonable quote. They were able to accommodate us the next morning and fixed the problem quickly and explained all the necessary steps. These guys are so friendly, respectful, and honest. I was able to schedule a plumber to come replace our toilet in the same week with no issues. Geronimo was such a cool guy and an efficient worker! He asked about wearing shoes in the house, wearing his mask, and had no issues with our 4 flights of stairs. We had an outdoor pipe burst 3 times in 2 days. A different plumber couldn't solve the problem for more than a few hours. I knew I needed to try a different company, so I tried Orange County Drains and Sewer for the first time. We had no water and needed a fast solution. Sean had a full work load on a weekend, but he made a quick stop to my home within 2 hours!

He fixed the problem quickly and explained his solution so I could fully understand. I expected a major ""emergency"" bill, but his rate better than any plumber I've ever worked with.

I really feel like I got ""5 star service at family rates."" If you care about quality service at a good price, this is the only place you'll need to call! Thank you, Sean and crew!

Absolutely the best work up to date. We have a three story condo, and had a shower leak on the 3rd floor. They were prompt and honest, and the work was exceptional! We highly recommend these guys!!
