Watch out for these guys! I had a pretty run-of-the-mill problem with a clogged kitchen sink, and next thing you know they are insisting that I need main line work (to the tune of $7500), pressured me to schedule the work in the next day or two. And the initial snaking they did actually made the problem worse -- I ended up with a clogged up bathroom tub too! Thank goodness I got another opinion -- the second plumber did a basic snaking of the kitchen line for a couple hundred dollars, and I've had no trouble since. Be careful too when signing anything on OC Plumbing's electronic tablet -- at one point, there was a blank screen that I too hurriedly signed, and despite multiple back-and-forth with the plumber, the only way I could clear up the problem was to contest the charge with my credit card company (which sided with me right away.) OC Plumbing is crooked to the core, taking advantage of the difficult situation of having a line clogged. There are much better, honest options locally.

Thankful for Orange Coast Plumbing , their prompt service and friendly attendance. We were assisted by Jesse this morning with a mysterious sound coming from our stove. After thoroughly inspecting and taking his time and detailed attention as to what could be the source of the issue he was able to diagnose it and even resolve the problem during the visit ! Personable and professional , highly recommend their service !

Do not waste your time. I had a faucet change and an air conditioner. The person who visited was very nice and respectful, but their prices were high and much more expensive than those of their colleagues; I will never recommend them to anyone except to check their prices with a few other places.

I was referred my homeowner's insurance agent to Orange Coast Plumbing. I'm so happy with the work Jeff completed in my home. Jeff took care of a drain leak in my master shower. Jeff was patient, nice and communicative during the whole process. Jeff is a true pro at his work. I'm going to hire Jeff for some other plumbing needs. My two 1yr. old shower heads started dripping spontaneously. I called Orange Coast Plumbing on a Friday requesting a plumber to address and repair. I was soon scheduled for the following Monday, so quick appointment time. :) The company texted me with a photo of plumber, Steven, who was scheduled to address my drippy shower heads. The photo was a nice touch! Steven texted me to confirm he was on his way and arrived on time. He introduced himself and was very pleasant and professional. He assessed the issue and concluded the handles which activate each shower head were either missing parts and or not installed properly initially. Made sense to me, so, he will locate the parts to remedy and hopefully return later in week to complete repair. Steven's confidence was reassuring. He explained clearly his rational for diagnosis and repair with experienced knowledge and answered professionally my questions. I am optimistic, soon, the drips will cease!
Both Ed and office staff were all polite and efficient as well.

Let me start by saying I'm incredibly grateful for the fantastic service I received from Jessie at Orange Coast Plumbing. We replaced all our toilets and the cartridges in the showers. Jesse was prompt, professional and incredibly knowledgeable.

Tom Haley from Orange Coast Plumbing did an absolute stellar job. I don't usually write reviews unless they're on polar opposite ends; either AMAZING or just absolutely horrible and that's to educate people of my experience. Thankfully this is on the positive side. I love it when I come across another fellow classic hard worker with great work ethics. Originally, the job was to fix 1 faucet, but I wanted to get his opinion on 2 others. Not only did he explain everything very clearly and easy to digest, but he proposed a cheaper solution AND even fixed another problem without me even mentioning it; it was just an observation on his end. 10/10 recommend and 10/10 will be requesting Tom Haley specifically for the next job, should we need their services again.

We had an outdoor sink water line leaking a large amount of water in the cabinet. Thankfully, Orange Coast sent out the A team, Steven, who quickly identified the problem. It was a complicated repair requiring after hours work late into the evening. Steven was focused and determined to resolve the issue to protect further damage. We appreciate his service, his experience and skill.
