Do not use this company!!! They are not honest and do not back up their work. I was having issues with the water pressure on my irrigation system. I called the company to come out and put a water regulator on the sprinkler system; instead, they placed the regulator on the pipes for the house. I continued to have busted pipes and called the company to come back out and fix the issue. I called and made an appt and they canceled twice. Once they did come out they refused to fix the issue without additional cost which I choose not to do. The first time they came out and charged me $1000.00 for a regulator. That price seemed extremely high so I did some research. I found that I was overcharged! I called management regarding the issue and he stated that he just ""realized"" that I was overcharged and would fix the problem. The company is unreliable and not trustworthy. I used Optimum plumbing to install my water softener and was extremely happy with them.

First the good news...when you call them they arrive at your home.

Now the rest of the story. They charge thousands more than other plumbers and recommend other solutions that aren't really necessary but drive your bill up. They quoted $3400 to fix a problem that my long time plumber ended up fixing for $1100. So I ended up paying $500 for them to show up the day the problem occurred ... even though their fix was not what what necessary.

I am very happy with our under mount sink installation and the new sink you chose with all the fancy sink accessories! I was a little worried that our counter top might get broken taking the sink out but it did not. Trace did a great job and is a knowledgeable & conscientious installer. Thank you!

Excellent and fast service and always available when I cannot get a hold of my usual plumbers. Every plumber that has come to fix an issue has been very helpful and solved the issue. I docked it one star because they are pricey.

So we have now used Option One for Plumbing, Septic Pumping and HVAC (including a fireplace log set install).

This company is proving to be professional, reasonably priced and responsive.

We've had a number of items on our to do list for a while and have had trouble getting people who could take care of them. Option One got to them all - with no drama (no reasons why they couldn't do it, or why they couldn't come, or why they didn't show up).

Our experience so far? They. Just. Get. It. Done. Right.

Jackson needs a company like this. They've got a customer for life if they maintain their current course!
