This is the second time I've used Option One. I had a positive experience with a dishwasher repair so when my garbage disposal stopped working, this was my first call. Dustin was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided reasonable options to replace. I will call again for any future plumbing needs.

Charged an incredibly high price to repair a simple leak. Yes, response time was quick and repair was done quickly, but I won't be calling them out again. Moreover, they attempted an upsell of re-plumbing the entire house. Really?

I had a leaky toilet. I put in a request to my home warranty company, who connected me to another plumbing service that I won't name. I tried contacting them 3 times and only got voice mail. Late yesterday evening I finally got a text stating they had no availability before next Tuesday. A few minutes later, I was on my porch and saw a truck for Option One in my neighborhood, so I gave them a call. They got someone out to see me today..Daniel. Daniel was prompt, thorough, and even came back in once he left because I had a question. He was very patient with me and explained all he was doing. Will defintely utilize them in the future. Michael Adams was great. He was on time and provided an estimate and got to work right away. He said he priced my job as having to take 4-5 hours. He started at 930am and worked until 230. It wasn't easy finding the leaky city of charlotte water pipe. He dug a pretty good sized trench by hand that was filled with water. He drained it and Replaced the pipe. He troubleshoot several potential other issues. He kept to the original quote of $640. It wasn't an easy job. I'm fortunate that I got to work with Michael Adams.

My second bathroom vanity sink was clogging. Quoted in yelp for several plumbing company. Option One @ york was among the first few companies called me back and the only one offered free of estimation. their plumber Ted was at my place in 3 hours. Ted was super nice, all equipped, with mask with shoes covers. He identified the issue was at the attic then fixed the issue in a timely manner. He is great!

Michael from Option One Plumbing was prompt and attentive to all my concerns. He explained every step he took to do the job correct and even explained what the issue was when assessing the situation.
