Called this morning for a drain services and got a 5pm appointment, I decided to wait and not work so I can get my issue taken care. I got a callback saying they won't be able to make it at 4:15pm and I explained I had canceled all plans for the afternoon to wait for my service appointment
Looks like they can't be trusted and don't care about customers times. NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY !

Best service I've ever had from a plumbing company. Had to have all of our outdoor drains snaked and jetted. Rep Abner was very responsive, meticulous and explained the whole process thoroughly. Although there is no guarantees of clearing, he took the time to make sure all resources were exhausted, and even hand clear several rocks and vines that were leading into our exit drain. He even continued to work after it got dark, and was dedicated to see the whole job through. Thank you for your service!

I was having problems with the water heater and called Option One, I had used them before and they were good. This time they sent two young guys who arrived exactly at 10 ( window 10-12) and didn't leave until the job was completed! The problem was it had to be replaced but it was located in a really tight space! The guys took the time to figure out what needed to be done and measured all spaces to instill a new 50 gallon water heater with CODE approved instillation! Bravo to them and the company for hiring these excellent workers!
Yes, it was more than I estimated but the work is quality and guaranteed! Plus my city inspector will be pleased!

They were able to diagnosis where the PVC had broken and they repaired it. They also were able to keep the grass where they cut out looking good.

They recommended that my water pressure regulator be replaced. Inquired how much it would cost. Service rep quoted a price of $468. I priced the regulator on Home Depot's website $139 + tax. Bought the unit and replaced it myself and saved $320....
