Called Option One Plumbing to fix a leak right before the holiday. Now let me say i have always fixed things myself. So bringing anyone into my home is uncomfortable for me. Spoke with Jackie in the office and she was very accommodating. She scheduled an appointment that same day. A few hours later Brennan and Dennis showed up and took care of the problem quick and fast. I thought the price was a little high (like i said i have always fixed things on my own, but hey age gets the best of all of us) until I saw the quality of work and the level of professionalism. Not only did the fix it fast they cleaned up the mess they made as well as the mess that was made by the leak before they got here. Thank you again Brennan and Dennis. I will be contacting Option One Plumbing again.

Rapid response when called upon. Service rep was there within an hour of my call. He recognized the problem and within minutes he made the necessary repairs. Price was fair.

They said they could not do anything but still charged me, more then expected to begin with. They refuse to refund the $299 charge when they admittedly did NOTHING. They said my pipe could not be snaked, yet Frassica plumbing came out and snaked it the very next day. I requested a refund and they say they emailed me a refusal...one which I never received either. Very unprofessional, go anywhere else!

David was excellent at answering my questions and figuring out where my leak was. They came out the same day and even called me back the next day to make sure everything was good after the leak was terminated.
I suggest calling option one first before any other plumbers.

Will be reaching out to option one, plumbing, and David for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Yovanny and Rene came out to help us with our backed up sewage problem, and they were so amazing. I am 9 months pregnant and they were very kind and accommodating. They came the same day that I put in the service request. They helped me understand the problem and the price was very reasonable.

My plumbing was backed up in the bathtub and the toilet. I used a different plumber who came with a 75ft snake, did not get the job done, and tried to upsell me to use his hydrojetter which will cost total of $700. I paid him for his draining job (even though the job was not done) and tried to call Option One Plumbing. Abner came and got the job done with the 150ft snake. He also gave me an inspection and advices about the plumbing in the house for free. All for $68. I'm so glad I found them. Will recommend them to friends and family

I scheduled an appointment for a water hammer issue and they were able to come out quickly. They charged me to turn some valves in my bathroom. Which is fine, assuming it would help correct my issue. Unfortunately, it made things worse shortly after. The toilet makes a high pitch whine when the water runs, the faucet leaks and the water was gray. I've lived in this house for 10 years and have never had these problems. I called to have someone come back the next day to address the new issues, but they cancelled at the last minute. On top of all that, the water hammer issue persists. I was told to call to discuss, but was told the managers were in a meeting when I did so. They offer to come out AGAIN, but that this point my trust has been lost and I will go elsewhere.
