Awful service after they got the job they didnt help a bit get the detailed bill despite of me trying to reach out more than 10times to them.Its a shame that their staff and the manager DENNIS wouldn't reach out back to a customer who has paid $4900. Cause they were paid in full but wouldn't provide a detailed bill.I would never do
Business with them or suggest anyone to
do Business with this company they will give you the run!

Shout out to Cristian for a job well done!! I needed a spout changed out and I guess usually it's a pretty easy fix ..That is unless the spout you are replacing is from the 70's. Theres no spout with the same configuration as the one that needed replacing.. Cristian took the time to problem solve and came up with a solution that works great. It's hard to find workers these days that will go the extra mile and I'm so glad Cristian was the tech sent out on this job!!

I have used Option One before for my plumbing issues, and they have always done a great job! I needed four plumbing issues to be fixed in one of the bathrooms. Tommy S. arrived earlier than my scheduled time frame, which I didn't mind, he explained the process he would be doing that he felt would fix the problems and gave me some tips to prevent future clogging. Their prices are very reasonable, especially if you have multiple plumbing issues. The staff is very courteous, they work with your schedule and are highly professional. I highly recommend Option One for your plumbing repair needs!

I previously gave Option 1 a good rating, but I have changed my mind. I'm not a Yelp user, but the last one was because if I gave them a good review , I think I got a slight discount. They've done a few jobs, one being installed a water heater. We bought the ""gold package,"" which is a type of insurance/discount on future issues, and this past week, I realized it was just another scam. They upcharge everything, and they try to tell you why you need to spend $22,000 and not just fix the less than $50 issue. Basically, they are only showing up to take your money. When I questioned the technician about this and asked about a warranty on previous work, he said he'd only been there 8 months so he couldn't speak to a warranty and then got the boss on the phone. The boss said I'd only had a one year warranty but if he'd known my house had the galvanized pipes, he'd only have allowed a one week warranty at the time of the install on the water heater. He also mentioned the trustworthiness of the technician as he'd been with Option 1 for 10 years, so one of them was lying. Will not call them out again.

We have had problems with our bath/shower pull out valve. Apparently it's the Delta cartridge that seizes up because we don't use it frequently enough...guest bathroom.
Brian showed up on time, actually a little early. After evaluating the situation he worked out multiple options. All of them, which he explained thoroughly, made perfect sense. The costs were higher than we expected, but these days what isn't. We ultimately decided to have the entire system replaced with a lifetime warrantied Moen system that is so much easier to operate. Brian dashed out to pick up the necessary parts and then got to work immediately. He was finished within an hour. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I'm have used Option One in the past, which makes this current bad experience so surprising. To begin with, they overcharged me, I'm guessing because I'm a woman? but by the time I figured out they were taking advantage of me, it was too late.
Even after paying $3000 to fix toilets that clog almost every day, I still have toilets that clog almost every day and Brian won't return our calls.
All we want is someone to come back out and help us figure this out, but they've ghosted us. It's a shame that all this has happened. They've lost a long-time customer.
