Cynthia B.Had an appointment with Joe for an estimate at 4:00, at 5:30 no Joe, not even a phone call to let me know he was running late. Called him at 5:30, left a voicemail to tell him don't bother showing up. Bad work ethics, no concern for it's customers, apparently they don't need any new business. I can see why they got a 1 out of 5 stars. A waste of my time waiting, waiting, waiting! Like one of the other reviews, if I could give no stars, I would.
Kendall B.terrible workmanship, negative attitude, took over a week to install windows, refusal to fix problems and took 7 months to complete job! Now suddenly there is a change in ownership and I would bet Joe still runs the show. Probably changed ownership name because of issues like ours. (not certain of this.) 13 months after they were hired, we still have issues they refuse to fix. I think this company is a sham and hope other homeowners don't get shafted like we did!
