If you use this company do not pay cash their plummets apperantly steal.

I am so impressed by the work performed by Optimal Plumbing Solutions. I had a sewage back-up due to tree roots growing through a crack in a pipe. The pipe itself was literally in the most precarious position possible - literally surrounded by utility lines and within inches of my driveway. Brad and Ryan dug the hole 12"" wide and probably 6 feet deep and repaired the pipe in less than 4 hours. They put everything back and you could barely tell they had been there - they even put a drop cloth on the driveway to make sure they didn't scratch the cement! And, most important, they did the job at a reasonable price! I had quotes for this job from 4 plumbing companies. One was two times the price, another four times and a third was so lowball I knew they had no clue what the job entailed. I will be keeping the number for Optimal Plumbing on hand and they will be my very FIRST call in the future when I encounter plumbing problems. I could not be happier with how this worked out. I am so disappointed and disgusted with this company. I set up an appointment for a technician to come to my house to install a leaking bolt in my toilet tank. That was all I needed. The bolt is not universal but I figured plumbers have all sizes of bolts. Obviously they didn't have it but it could be ordered. I was ok with that. Then he proceeded to say he needed to check the water pressure. I already had it checked the day before by the water company since the pressure in my house has been low due to road construction, and they said it was fine. He checked it and said it was super high so he needed to replace my pressure valve. What? Red flag number 1. I asked if he could just quote me a price for replacing the bolt. He left and called his boss. He comes back with a total rebuild for 350 dollars but would not warranty the work because my water pressure is high. What? Red flag #2. Then he proceeds to tell me how the water quality, specifically the hardness and the way Aqua treats the water has deteriorated my aerators in my faucets and shower heads. What?? Red flag 3. Aqua supplies the purchased water from the county to my house. I am a chemist for the county water system and I analyze the drinking water everyday, the water is not hard. I tell him again I would like the tank bolt replaced not a tank rebuild, if he could ask his boss for a fair price. He comes back with a price of 483 dollars which includes my pressure relief valve replaced. I could not believe it! He tried everything, scare tactics , bait and switch. So unbelievable! Bunch of scammers!!! I paid 39 dollars to listen to lies! Trying to take advantage of people it's just disgusting. Do not call this business!!! They will make you believe you have problems that do not exist!!! Stay away!!! Terrible heartless people in the middle of a pandemic that want to rob innocent home owners!!! Beware!!!! The one star is for showing up early.
