I contacted several plumbing companies to install a new toilet for me. Some companies never called back and others were insanely expensive. When I spoke with Sammie at Optimal Plumbing Solutions, she was courteous, helpful and arranged for an installer to come to my home and give me a Bid. When he arrived he checked the new toilet in the box, which was ordered online and delivered by Home Depot. Well, the base of the toilet was broken/cracked. I returned it to Home Depot and exchanged it that day for another one. So I called Sammie again and she was able to send the Installer, Rob Graham out again the very next day. So my new Toilet has been installed and Rob took away the old toilet and the large Box and packing materials that the new toilet came in. It took about an hour and his work was very good and the price was fair. I will use this company again in the future as needed.

Rob was the best! We had a plumbing mystery and Rob came out, helped us logically through the possible issues and figured out what was causing the pipe drainage problem. I learned a LOT about all of the plumbing in my house today, which is great. Optimal is on our solid list of home services. Brad came out previously to fix a shower fixture and was wonderful too. Cannot recommend enough. Knowledgeable, thorough and honest. Tough to find these days.
