I've always thought it a shame when some talented contractors could do their trade (plumbing, electrical, paint, etc...) but they couldn't manage the business side of things. Well after struggling (and I mean STRUGGLING) to get my previous plumber to actually show up and complete a job I got fed up and looked for someone else. I picked up a flyer from AAA Upstate Plumbing at the Southern Home & Garden Show so we called them. Not only did they come out within a few hours of my call - but they had the problem fixed and noticed a minor leak on the kitchen sink that I had noticed too but forgot to mention. They fixed that and then did a small extra job on another sink that I hadn't called about but while I had someone there I asked. I can't say enough good things about something as small and simple as actually showing up and fixing a problem - it's not rocket science you know. I found a new plumber to use and I'm glad I did.

After going out and having a delightful dinner my wife and I came home to water on our kitchen floor so we called AAA Upstate Plumbing of Greenville who we had used before and were very satisfied then. It was after hours, but they gave an emergency number which I called and spoke to a very nice man. After I explained we didn't need someone right then, but if they could come the following morning it would be great. He said to call him in the mourning and he'd give us a time when we could expect someone. I did and well before noon, we had someone who took care of our problem. It turned out to be a bad connection. The service was fast, efficient, and the piece of mind we got that all was back to normal was great. Can't thank AAA Upstate Plumbing of Greenville enough. If you need a plumber these are the people to call.

I discovered a leak in one of my water pipes when standing water was seen in my crawl space. I contacted AAA Upstate Plumbing at 9:00 AM and their plumber arrived just 30 minutes later. He did a quick job of locating the leak in one of the walls above the crawl space and provided a reasonable estimate for the repair. The repair was done quickly and, after the job was completed, the plumber was very careful to thoroughly clean up the area where he had worked. I was completely happy with how quickly they were able to come out and the quality of the work that they did.

One of our pipes burst on a Friday evening and these guys came out on a Saturday morning to fix it for us. The guy was very nice and helped us get everything fixed. We appreciate the good quality and quick service.
