I was very pleased with the work! Operation Drains sent Warren to do the job, which not only included removing the fixtures, but cutting through the drywall so that he could recess the existing plumbing into the wall. He was polite and patient when I asked him questions and explained what I wanted done. The plumbing for the hose bib had to be recessed because we are putting in a pedestal sink. He got the job done and cleaned up his mess. I'm very happy.

I have used Operation Drains three times for different reasons. I saw different faces each time and every one of them was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Last night Josh and Keith unplugged a badly clogged drain in about 30 minutes. They were careful not to let my dog out of the back yard and cleaned up beautifully after themselves. I got a verbal estimate when I made the appointment and the final bill was less. I will go to Operations Drains every time. Don't even bother with anyone else.

They did a great job replacing our main water line coming into the house. They were prompt and very helpful in answering additional questions we had both before and during the job. Cleaned up the job site before leaving and made sure we knew to call if there was any issues. Very polite and we will be using them in the future for any other plumbing issues.
