OP Plumbing did our entire house new plumbing. Their work was fine but according to owner he is one man show and whenever we called for warranty items or issues that needed him to fix he said he is to swamped and forever to show up or trying to get out of it. In. Recent issue with a tankless water heater, we end up hiring another plumber to come and fix it because he was not available. I wish I knew this before we he was going to work for us.

I don't usually write reviews, but I know how hard it is to find a good plumber. I also know before I hired a plumber I'm looking at their reviews. I would recommend frank to my mother in law. As a matter of fact, I did. Hooked up our tankless water heater and I couldn't be more happy.

Disappointed by OP Plumbing. Called and left a message but no response. The customer service is not there and there is no response back from my experience in reaching Frank. Other plumbers follow-up with you when you call, but not OP Plumbing, neither at the time of the call, hours later, or even same-day. I don't recommend them because of this lack of reliability.

We had an issue with our plumbing on a Sunday, we thought we had a leak coming from the water shut off valve. We called Frank Orduna and he was here within a few hours. He check all of our plumbing and within a few minutes was able to determine that the leak was coming from our water heater and able to replace the water heater hose very quickly. He is an exceptional plumber and very knowledgeable plumber. I highly recommend Frank and his prices are very reasonable.
