Mark G.Jim upgraded my heating system to forced air and did a job that surpassed all my expectations. The workmanship is superb with the neatest looking pipes radiating from my boiler room to the reaches of my house. Because of the time Jim spent planning the installation, the demolition of existing walls was unnecessary other than a small opening in the laundry room. The most outstanding aspect thought was that I felt like I was being served like he was doing the work for a family member who he cared about and who he'd see every holiday.

1. Overpriced for no reason (Found out later he overcharged us)
2. Incompetent (Plumbing problems we encountered merely 2 years after this contractor are staggering. Toilets that haven't been calked; leaky connections are just a but a few examples of what this amateur is capable of.
