BEWARE: Do not do business with these people. They stole $3,500 from us.

Long story short: we paid them for materials (shower glass, shower fixtures, tankless water heater) that they never delivered.

Multiple documented communications from Jennifer Potts Pityer, the business manager, saying she ordered the materials when we paid her. At multiple points, she also told us materials were ""en route"" to us and would be arriving any day (though could never produce tracking numbers or proof of order). At least a few times she told us her husband (the plumber) would be at our house ""tomorrow"" to install the items and then not show up (now we know why). The lies and excuses dragged on and on.

After months of her lies, excuses and runaround, we asked for a refund. We were told a Zelle transfer was scheduled (LIE), that a check was in the mail (LIE), that she would be dropping off a refund check to her lawyer's office for us to pick up (LIE). At one point, she even told her lawyer that her MOTHER would be dropping off a check to his office because they were on vacation. Guess what DIDN'T happen?

Finally, we hired an attorney. Regretfully, our attorney discovered that they had conveniently filed for bankruptcy to get out of paying their debts.

However, we aren't a creditor. We were a customer who paid them in good faith to buy goods on our behalf.

Misappropriation of funds is illegal and criminal.

We are filing a police report and are planning to follow up with the district attorney.

I noticed another review posted a couple weeks ago from Ruby C. sharing a very similar story from July 2021 (except $14,000!) and another review from a couple years ago from April M. ($2,800). There's also a review on the BBB site from yet another person who had this experience. It's a pattern.

This is just not a good company to have to come to your home and do any type of work. And I wouldn't recommend them to do anything to your home. Once they get your money and if something should happen about the work that they've done they will never come back to see about trying to fix their screw up. So please take my advice and just choose another company to do your work.

They did a wonderful job in the beginning of a house remodel. They actually jumped through some hoops to get items marked off the list. I never have had an issue with any of the work. There was a small piece at the end that was not finished. I was never able to get a call back to complete the work so I had to hire someone else to finish the project.

I would not hire these guys if you paid me a million. These guys took my $2800 after recommending I give them money to buy one of the most expensive grinder pumps out there and after the weekend said they were installing another pump different from what they said on my invoice; they then said they ordered right pump and almost a month later no pump, they said they have returned my money and it would take 3 to 5 business days but after over entire month NO MONEY was returned either. They left my children and I for over 2 months in sewage smelling like swamp with no money to buy new part and no service, in fact another company said they left me worse than when they started by removing my panel box in garage. I say run don't walk from on-site plumbing company as other immoral and unethical things they did is too much to describe. Onsite plumbing stop taking advantage of others and keep people's money while you go on other jobs and so call emergencies etc. right is right and wrong is wrong, treat others how you would desire especially when children safety are involved

This is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with!
They said they put in an emergency order to fix our toilet. Lies. They no showed TWO days in a row and kept giving excuses about why it was being delayed!! They kept giving new estimated windows, & I would make sure I was home and then they would no show with no call! This happened all day for two days!! Never showed & then finally stopped answering the phone. I'm surprised they are even still in business. Steer clear of these idiots!! I give this company a solid F!

This company is amazing! Had the best customer service, was on time, fixed the issue and Cleaned up well. Will definitely call again
