A few years ago Onsite plumbing came out free of charge for a water filtration system and water softener quote. We reviewed our options and accepted their quote for a dual filtration/softener unit and added RO with mineral pack replacement and Alkaline at the kitchen faucet.

Love the system! The water tastes great, our skin feels so much better and no more calcium deposits. After a year we had them install a UV light on the water system to remove any parasites etc.

Every year like clock work we get our filters, mineral packs and UV light tube replacements installed.

We were in the market for a water purfication system. Todd installed it for us about 3 weeks ago and also ran a line to the refrigerator. He went out of his way to run a line in a very difficult location that required way more work than quoted. We were not charged extra and everything was done professionally and timely. My family and I are now happy to enjoying our new purification system!

I have used Onsite Plumbing for two disasters on my home.
1. I had my underground water line freeze and break in my home in Prescott. Todd was amazingly skilled and fast at digging up the line and doing a full replacement.
2. I had severe rain damage and water got inside my walls. I used Onsite to not only fix the leaks but do mold remediation and replace the drywall. This was a massive job at a fair price.
In a day and age where you can't even get anyone to answer their phone or show up, Onsite Plumbing is fast, professional, and responsive.

I had Todd come to my house and replaced the filters in my reverse osmosis drinking water system. He did a great job and the price was good. He also added another holding tank so I have 2 tanks so I don't run out of water and have to wait for the tank to refill.

todd was over at 10:30 as scheduled with his helper, they managed to totally demo my bathroom area, clean up and haul the debris away. his skill and professionalism is so incredible.
he managed to tear up all the surfaces as well working up against a wall of mirror without a scratch. as an architect with 50 years experience i am so amazed and grateful. this is a huge savings

on a scale of 1-10 i am giving him 100.

Our water heater was leaking all over our garage. Todd took the time to come out on a Thursday night to help us. He helped us with the process of finding out the warranty information and getting things replaced under the warranty. He was very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. We are glad we know a good plumber that we can call when we need one!
