Eddie returned my initial call within a few minutes, and he scheduled me for Christmas Eve between 8 and 11. Today (Christmas Eve), Eddie called a few minutes after 8 to tell me he would be here in 30 min. He found the leak quickly, found another leak we wanted him to check, showed us other compromised areas in our cinder block, and advised us on how to repair them.
