if i could give a minus i would, i called only plumbing the weekend of new years eve to detect a slab leak Patrick said he would come look and see if insurance would cover, came out and said they would so he did a leak detention said he located the leak in the kitchen under the slab and possibly a leak in the dinning room, told me process should not take longer then a week...had warrior restoration(they own the plumbing company) come out next day and pulled all my cabnits and flooring up a week goes by with all there equipment in my house with no call or no call back from multiple messages i left he finally calls me back after a week and states that they have let some guys go and can not get to mine untill yet another week...a week later they come out and jackhammer holes through kitchen...no pipes there...also in dining room...no pipes there....they they stated they would be back the next day and left two large holes in the kitchen, two days later is when they made it back...patrick calls to tell me it will be yet another day because he has no nitrogen to run through my system....finaly on friday they come out again and say the leak is undetectable due to all the water under the house and suggest to repipe...there est was 6k dollars, my insurance suggest that i get other quotes which i have and they are half of this company do yourself a favor and stay away from warrior and only plumbing and save your self the headache now i still have 2 find some one to fill.in the giant whole in my dinning room

My mother in laws toilet was not working. We called Only plumbing at 8am they said they would be out between 12 and 5. They never called and never showed, so at 5pm that day we called and they said sorry they would not be able to make it out today. So then they said they would come out the following morning between 8-10am. It was 10am an no one showed up again. we called and they said they would call the plumber and he should be on his way. 5 minutes later we received a text stating they would not be able to make it out today we are sorry for the inconvenience. Very poor service and if I could I would have given them a 0 rating for this review. They did not even have the common courtesy to refer another business.
