I spent time for a small, locally owned drain cleaning service that changed ownership at the end of the previous year. I performed tasks in the office and out in the field, including drain cleaning, camera inspections with location services and hydro jetting. I find fulfillment in supporting my patrons. They motivate me. Client satisfaction and work quality are my top priorities as a small business owner. Our company is part of the Indianapolis community.

Joshua D.Tso guys showed to my home Saturday night at 9 pm for a sewage backup. they snaked my toilet for 45 minutes while one guy was constantly burping at the top of his lungs. left a filthy mess on my floors and left saying they'll be back first thing in morning (Sunday) to go through crawl space. they never showed. owner Michelle said they'd be out 12-5. no one showed. I called her at 5:30 and she gave me this long speech on her foot being broken and blah blah. we'll be out 9am Monday. 9am turned into 11:30 which turned into 2. They came, looked around and left saying they couldn't do the job. conoketely wasting 2 full days of my time when we could've used someone else. only drains with a Z should've told me everything. don't use these people. trust me.
