I've used Ongaro & Sons probably 3 or 4 times now, both for plumbing and electrical work. There are a few things I really appreciate about them, and shout out to Jeffry on our latest plumbing work, he's super polite, on time, very clear with the work that's needed vs. what would be an upgrade or nice to have, and efficient too, he fixed our pressure regulator in about 90 minutes and did great work!

Okay, back to what I like:
- Very responsive, easy to connect through text as well
- On time, and if they're running late, they always let you know - but the one time they were running late, it was like by 30 minutes, no biggie.
- Competitive pricing
- Very clear with costs and the work required
- Provide an annual check up on their work - they came in recently as well and flushed the water heater they installed about 18 months ago and also, this was Jeffry, he was in and out for that too.

For the value and quality of work, and availability Ongaro is hard to beat!

The Ongaro electrical techs did an outstanding job at my townhouse. Replaced a broken wall outlet, repairs and updating my circuit breaker board.
plus added a home surge protector. All 3 were professional, explained the work. Just an all around great experience. They were on time and will definitely use Ongaro for future work.

They're more expensive than some, but are they really? You get what you pay for, and they fix the important stuff. Failure is truly not an option in their line of work!

I had multiple issues with my heater including a very crazy roommate who confronted my technician Domenic and then cut all the wires in the heater in the middle of the night after he'd just finished it that day.
ONGARO and SONS were so helpful and understanding and were always able to get service to me right away.
I have never had this kind of service with any company and hope you will get to experience them when you need this kind of service.

The Ongario team replaced all of the plumbing under the house. A very big job indeed. They were careful, efficient, thoughtful, punctual. They made it possible for us to have water in the house after the day's work was done. They cleaned up the work areas every day. The job took 3 days. I was nervous about how they would make the repairs, but they carefully explained the method. I am grateful for the time they took to explain the process. They inspected and measured the lay out before the job started. They made the calculations and carried through systematically. The office team was responsive to any questions I had.
